"The house ia very good. However it needs maintenance and cleaning. The bedrooms are larger than the pictures. We had a great relaxing weekend as a family. Everything in the house works properly. But it needs some deep cleaning. The house is in a skydiving place. So the kids LOVE to watch the airplane and people skydiving. That was definitely very fun. Communication was not the best. Host is very nice but took long time to answer. "

"Cute little place with incredible views. Small 3 bedroom cottage has a private beach, nice lake views, and is set well back from the road to ensure privacy and quiet. All the basics needed were available in the kitchen and bathroom. Cozy living room with comfortable furniture and amenities. We wanted a place in the middle of all our planned activities - Niagara Falls and nearby attractions, various wineries and breweries, and the lake - and this location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do...

"Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! "

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."

"The house lies in a busy neighborhood, but was suprisingly quiet. It was a short distance from both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The house was very nice and the doors auto lock. The only downside was even though we were upstairs, we could hear the guest downstairs moving around. It didnt bother us, but some people may not like it."
