We were in town visiting family and decided and came upon this gem. Itā€™s very quaint and comfortable, but with plenty of room. We had a few family members over the first night and the deck and jacuzzi were perfect for entertaining. The property was very neat inside and out and very peaceful. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The winery and vineyard are literally in the backyard. We were relaxing Sunday afternoon and trying to figure out what to do. We noticed people at the winery and decided to walk down. It was the perfect last day as there were a few community band playing and tons of great people. We ended up staying a few hours and when done had a quick stroll back to the house. We will absolutely be back when we take our next trip to Ohio.

My family and I came into town for a funeral and our stay here made our overall visit very comfortable. The bedrooms were huge, the living room was comfy, and the backyard was PERFECT! Loved sitting by the fire playing games and catching up. Thank you so much to Brenda for the quick communication and lovely stay. Would definitely consider booking again!

Beautiful farm house. Beds are so comfy. On site massage is a must! We absolutely loved the hot tub. The deck and fire pit make for a great place to hang out. Perfect location. We will most definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean and beds were comfy. The place was so adorable with lots of character. Brenda was lightning responsive and nice. We can't wait to come again and visit the nearby vineyard.

This home was absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy! Loved all the fireplaces that porvided great warmth on the rainy nights. If i had to pick on anything, the kitchen cabinets were too high, but there is a step ladder there. I have to brag on the beds! The most comfortable beds i have EVER had on a trip! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

The house was quaint, comfortable, stylish, clean, and convenient. Location was perfect for our family rendezvous, meeting up from Florida, Michigan, and New York. We look forward to a road trip in the future and hope the farmhouse will be available

What a beautiful property! The bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome, as were the fireplaces. We loved the fire table, deck and hot tub with a vineyard view! Host was great as well. We would love to come back and tour some wineries as they were not open during our brief stay.

My friends and I needed a quiet place to chill for a weekend. The house is close to the road, but it isnā€™t very busy and private enough. The deck is nice, the fireplace is great for hangs, and the hot tub was a treat! We loved the interior fireplaces and the Google speaker. Everyone reported their bed was comfy!

The cottage is cozy and was ideal for our family, although 2 didnā€™t end up traveling to OH due to illness. The fireplaces were lovely and our hosts were great and fast with communications. Loved having the coffee option upstairs so when you wake-up coffee is a few steps away! :). Easy check-in & check-out. Would love to visit in spring or summer to see the backyard view of the winery in all its glory. Thank you Brenda for our stay.

It was perfect. We couldnā€™t ask for more. If you are reading this review to decide if the place will be right for your stay , know this, it is. You wonā€™t be disappointed. The fireplaces in every room kept us warm. We didnā€™t need to use the kitchen for our weekend stay which is small but well equipped. The GPS brought us down a private road initially that was next to the property so look for the bed and breakfast sign. The house is really easy to get to. Barbera was quick to respond to our needs and queries. As a VRBO host myself, I appreciated her and her spot because itā€™s how I do it too. Good job Barbera!

Immaculately clean, plenty of amenities and little extras, very responsive hosts, hot tub, large deck complete with gas fire pit, transformed garage with massage tables, ā€¦. I could go on and on. And did I mention this wonderful farmhouse is close to beautiful Lake Milton AND the home is set on the most peaceful bit of land with vineyards and a winery within walking distance.
