"The photos do not do the property justice! Warm, welcoming, spotless a lovely cottage. The location was amazing with sea views from the top bedroom and a short walk into town and the beach. Bedding was clean, excellent quality, beds and pillows very comfy. Kitchen though small is very workable with all utensils anyone needs. Hilda communicated throughout from the initial booking right through to the morning of our arrival where she allowed us early access to the property. My husband and I, our...

"Nice place, well located to amenities and about 15 mins walking distance to York attractions.Clean and modern interior, with everything you need on a city break. One note about the parking garage is that it is very convenient but on the narrow side. If you are not a confident parker or have an SUV you might find it tricky."

"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

"We booked two barns to celebrate New Year and my retirement with family. It was a really large space for us all. We had a great stay. Only downside was the barns need a bit of updating. Otherwise perfect for us all."

"We stayed as a family of 10. The house was great and there was plenty of room for us all. The location was great and the owner was very accommodating to our requests always on hand to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay again "

"Always great when we stay at the little hide. We have been a few times just me and my fellas little getaway. Its our peace place with out the kiddies. Lovely and quite this time of year. Was on the cold side with the weather but the heater in the pod was amazeing at keeping you toastie. The only down fall for me was the magpie that seemd to haunt me whilst there hahaha. Really funny. The cafe food is excellent good price. Absolutely love this place."

"O hotel em si é bem precário. O ar condicionado dos quartos e corredores dos quartos nao gela. A estrutura do quarto era precária, sendo que reservei o melhor quarto do hotel. Metade das tomadas nao funcionava,tive que usar extensor de tomadas, ar condicionado como ja mencionei- nao gela, tive q pedir 2 ventiladores para conseguir dormir, ha limitadores de pressao e vazao de agua nos banheiros - privada e bidê. E para piorar ainda cobram aluguel de guarda-chuvas, quando deveriam oferecer gratuitamente para uso dos hospedes. "
