"Muito perto do centro, óptimo para passear a pé. Quarto pequeno e antiquado mas suficientemente confortável, com casa-de-banho razoável. Limpo. Fica por cima de um pub, pelo que se ouve algum nível de música e ruído até cerca das 23h. Pessoalmente, não me incomoda muito. O meu quarto era virado para a estrada, de onde se ouvia também algum barulho. Não fizeram limpeza nem trocaram roupa de cama/toalhas durante os meus 3 dias de estadia, o que não me faz grande diferença (é até mais...

"Delightful hotel near Bridlington close to all the amenities. Our family room ticked all the boxes, contained all the bell's and whistles you need for deep quiet nights sleep. Food is served in the restaurant catering for a multitude of diet's. Helpful staff aswell. Treat yourself, you're worth it 😉"

"Excellent location. The staff in the pub were friendly and delightful. The room was clean. The double bed in room 7 needs a new mattress and a wood slate is underneath the bed and should be fixed. But overall a very pleasant stay for the one night."

"A lovely pub and guest house, staff extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The food was excellent and service impeccable, very convenient and close to the local park and ride into city centre. Would highly recommended staying here."

"Absolutely perfect from the start to finish. Staff so friendly and welcome dogs, food was excellent, hotel room was fab. Definitely will stay again, most comfortable stay I have ever had taking my dog with me and he is not a small dog ( Rhodesian Ridgeback) but they made us so welcome. 10 out of 10 "

"Lovely hotel. Had some lovely touches in the rooms with a homely vibe. Right in the centre of the beautiful village of Helmsley. Lovely picturesque place with some lovely shops. Very friendly and inviting village. Would definitely visit village and hotel again. Expedia apparently messed up booking and we were given a double room instead of a twin. The hotel were not able to accommodate what we had booked, but was grateful of the single room offered, but did put a damper on the break. Just be...

"This was a decent back up after our original accommodation let us down. Early check in was an extra £10. Car park was full, even early, but council parking literally across the road was cheaper anyway (albeit less secure). Location is a bit of a walk into town, but we just got a cab anyway. Overall would stay again for the price. "

Conforto e otimo café da manhã

"York é uma cidade linda, otima pra uma parada de 1 dia, o hotel fica a 10minutos caminhando da Estação de trem e a uns 10 minutos das atrações, ruas comerciais, etc. O quarto é grande, confortável e com algumas amenidades. Café da manhã incluso excelente e funcionários muito gentis. Foi ótima a estadia!"

"O hotel em si é bem precário. O ar condicionado dos quartos e corredores dos quartos nao gela. A estrutura do quarto era precária, sendo que reservei o melhor quarto do hotel. Metade das tomadas nao funcionava,tive que usar extensor de tomadas, ar condicionado como ja mencionei- nao gela, tive q pedir 2 ventiladores para conseguir dormir, ha limitadores de pressao e vazao de agua nos banheiros - privada e bidê. E para piorar ainda cobram aluguel de guarda-chuvas, quando deveriam oferecer gratuitamente para uso dos hospedes. "
