"Good bed, towel, and pillow. Good communication with the owner and good internet. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved; I suggested to the owner to pay more attention to the window since the spaces next to the air conditioner were covered with pieces of cardboard, leaving the apartment unprotected and very noisy. We were on the first floor, and it felt like anyone passing by on the street was right inside the room, given the lack of proper protection."

"This was an excellent rental. Very clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. A bit of a stretch to say it sleeps 4. For 2 people very comfortable; a third could be on the couch. Very safe behind 2 locking gates. Lovely looking little backyard, although too cold for our November stay. Quiet street very near subway stations. Big kudos to the very attentive property manager... when the power unexpectedly went out, she contacted us immediately and she immediately came over at midnight with lanterns,...

Warum steht in der Lagebeschreibung eine ganz andere Adresse, wo doch die eigentliche Adresse 303 Stanhope Street viel besser ist. Für eine New York Tour super, 2 U-Bahn-Linien fußläufig erreichbar, Nahversorgung, usw. Leider ist die Kommunikation sehr knapp und einiges auch nur auf Nachfrage (Wifi). "We had such a great stay here after a late arrival into NYC. The area is so quiet and it was wonderful to wake up and enjoy a coffee on the deck with such beautiful surroundings. The host's communication was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you!"

"This property is in a great location. The property itself is old but tidy and the stairs to the loft are difficult to navigate (the roof in the loft is low too, lucky I was short). The sheets were worn, the bed cover had stains and the entry to the property is not well looked after The toilet overflowed one morning and was fixed later that day. "

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in New York. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr freundlich und auch bei Problemen geduldig. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man kommt mit mehreren Linien in Fußnähe überall hin. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die beiden festen Betten waren herrlich bezogen. Leider galt das nicht für die weiteren Betten. Das Schlafsofa war überhaupt nicht vorbereitet und die Luftmatratze war nicht aufgebaut als wir nachts nach unserem Flug müde ankamen....

"The main reason I came to NYC was to see some hockey games. One at Madison Square Garden. One at the UBS Arena. I was traveling alone. This lodging had great reviews. It's located in a safe area. "Convenient location close to the subway. We appreciated having a little space and a table in the apartment, but spent most of our time out. Being in the city that never sleeps it was fairly loud in the bedrooms at the front of the property but got used to it after the first night. Some of the furnishings are a little tired but that was no problem for us. Victoria was really communicative and it was easy to check into the property."

"We were in town for a work event so it was close to everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable (this is huge 😂). You do hear people in the hallway and street noise so if that may bother you - bring ear plugs and eye covers. Was super helpful for us. The restaurants nearby were so great. "Hotel modesto, mas que cumpre ao preço pago a que se propõe. Instalações limpas e banheiro comum reformado. Não tenho o que reclamar da limpeza. Funcionários do lobby não são rudes, como tinha visto em algumas reclamações sobre o hotel. Lógico que, com a grande circulação de hóspedes, eles são pontuais nas informações. Apenas dois funcionários foram bem ruins - mas infelizmente não lembro o nome (um senhor é uma mulher). Hotel de ótima localização. Me hospedaria lá novamente"
