"My two sons and I loved staying here. We made a big dinner together in the wonderfully stocked kitchen, played games at the table, enjoyed a movie in the living room, and loved exploring the yard. Such a comfortable, cozy place!"

"What a fantastic property in a great location. House is clean and comfortable with a ton of natural light. Fantastic views of both river and mountains. My dog loved having access to the large fenced yard, and I enjoyed the fast wifi and easy access to the nearby trails, breweries, shops and grocery stores. The neighborhood is peaceful and very quiet. "

"Nice little cottage for two people. Close to hiking but, also, close to highway so some road noise. Great to have a hot tub (although top is heavy & difficult to manage) & a fire place, too!"

"12 family members stayed here for a wedding near Hood River. Plenty of beds & bathrooms to accommodate our group. House s a little outdated, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the ping pong & pool table in the garage. Didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hot tub or the beautiful back yard, which would make for an incredible game of Bocce. View is absolutely stunning!"

"We adored the cozy cabin and beautiful scenery this home provided. Huge windows look out onto beautiful trees and hillsides. Absolutely nothing beats the view of the Sandy river while soaking in a hot tub. We loved our stay and will be thinking about staying here again in the future"

"My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and cozy. Highly recommend!"

"Look no further if you want a perfect cabin getaway. This cabin had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the access to firewood, two fire pits, a hot tub, and the riverfront property. We celebrated my birthday here, which was perfect because the cabin had a huge assortment of vinyl records and games to play. We had everything we needed for relaxation and for entertainment. "

"Pulled up to a beautiful location to surprise my lady for her birthday the house was perfect. Clean, spacious, the landscape was amazing nice little pond it was all perfect. Property manager responded promptly to all my messages and were very helpful. Was a great all around stay"

"Visited in May 2024 for a hiking trip. The location was convenient to many trails in the area. The property was great. All the amenities were available as listed, the place was clean, and instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely visit again! "

"The location is phenomenal. You’re a 5 minute walk from everything in Government Camp or a short drive to attractions. The house has so many beds, a great size kitchen and a fridge for all our things! My only gripe was the cleanliness. We found used bars of soap in the shower, cookies, chips and lights left on the beds. Attention to detail when cleaning is ideal."

"Beautiful, so peaceful, a bit of construction noise on an adjoining property but that was no bother really. We felt totally relaxed and able to get away from it all."

"It was ok. Wished they had A/C. Spiders were present in the house and shower needed to be cleaned better, body hairs were present. TV’s need satellite access. Netflix was the only thing available. "
