"This was our third time staying at this property. It has been great every time. Kimber is great to work with and is always quick to respond. The condo is perfect for a small family and has everything you need. My kids love the proximity to the park and the amenities. We frequent Edisto throughout the year and will continue to look at this property for our smaller family getaways. "

A handyman fixed 3 wobbly barstools and tried to fix the sliding glass door that had a big gap. A handful of lightbulbs need to be replaced along with smoke alarm batteries. They were taking care of all of that, but then we discovered bedbugs. They quickly called a pest control company that discovered all...

"We come to IM every year and are always touched by the effort the hosts put into supplying everything necessary for a great stay. The house is ideally located, the layout of the bedrooms facing the ocean keeps all family members happy. It’s a wonderful home for a family vacation!"

"We had a group of ladies reconnecting for the weekend at Dolphin Watch. All of us are originally from the Lowcountry and went to high school together and enjoyed our time together at Edisto. Very cold weekend, but the sun did come out to greet us before we left!"

"We had a great stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better way to ring in a good buddies birthday. The peace offered by Edisto along with the beautiful landscape is unmatched! Beautiful private home on the immaculate plantation course. Excellent spot and would recommend to anyone.."
