"We are a group of 5 friends who have known each other of nearly 40 years but live in different states. Every 2 years we catch up in Melbourne and have stayed at this place now on 5 occasions. This place is fantastic. It has everything we need. It is so close to the MCG, coffee shops and convenience stores and the tram. The biggest plus is all 5 of us get our own big bed which is rare to find. Rick is great to deal with and we keep coming back. We’ll be back again in 2027. Thanks again...
