Seaside Cottage is nestled in a cove in the quaint village of Yachats. Enjoy the spectacular dance of waves crashing against the rocks, incredible sunsets, and spotting whales and other wildlife, without even leaving the Cottage. Take a stroll and experience locally owned shops and restaurants, a seasonal farmers market, and fun local events in “downtown” Yachats. Walk to explore tide pools and follow the breathtaking 804 trail along the coastline. Drift off to sleep to the sound of waves on the most comfortable beds on the Oregon coast (1 king, 2 Queen). Minutes from Cape Perpetua, with miles of lush forest trails, and equipped with WiFi, cable TV, and DVD player. Cottage with a View
The house was clean and has a fantastic view. Very quiet neighborhood and the house has privacy. The kitchen was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Nice towels.

Fantastic Oceanfront Experience
Location and views are amazing! House is very clean, comfortable and is charmingly decorated. It feels very private - if you leave one north-facing window shade down in the living room then the view from the couch has no other houses in view.

Perfect getaway
Seaside Cottage was the perfect place to relax. The view cannot be beat and we had gorgeous weather every day. The cottage was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants as well as to the beaches. We will be back!

Best home we've ever rented on the Oregon Coast
We've stayed in several rentals on the Oregon Coast, but never one like this. Incredible view, sleeping to the booming sound of the surf, everything we could possibly need and more, and even a welcoming gift! If you're looking for a 5-star resort, this isn't it. But if you want a house that feels like home, THIS IS IT. We will be back - this is now our go-to home-away-from-home. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Beautiful setting in a very comfortable home with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Stunning views and great big windows to allow you to see the ocean any time you are in the living room/kitchen area. Can't wait to return to this haven of a home.

Wonderful place - will definitely try to come back. Sitting on the deck watching the ocean, birds, and seals- mesmerizing. Great location. We had perfect weather. Only negatives - tv is no good unless you stream. Comfort height toilets would be nice - can you tell that we ate old!

The Perfect Stay
My husband and I have been vacationing on the Oregon coast for 25 years and this cottage was perfect in every way and hands down the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and the cottage was a delight—clean, bright and comfortable with so many welcoming touches like snacks in the kitchen, baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you might have forgotten and great books in every room. The beds were heavenly! Katy from the rental agency was wonderful to work with and attentive to our needs! We can’t wait to come back!

This seaside cottage is truly seaside. Absolutely gorgeous view from the living room & kitchen, plus the porch and yard. (As noted in the description, the property itself does not have beach access--but it does have a beautiful view!) Easy checkin, clean property, and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought & effort into making it a comfortable, welcoming stay. One of the bedrooms had a pretty loud heater; we got used to it but if you're a particularly light sleeper it might be good to know ahead of time. All in all, it was charming, and we would definitely come back!

Beautiful view
The picture windows and view of the ocean is completely accurate for this property. The Pacific ocean never disappoints and this property has it. I would like to come back when the weather is a bit warmer - we couldn't sit outside to enjoy it at all as it was bitterly cold and windy. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are accommodating. (the bathroom fan doesn't work in the 2nd bathroom, by the way) The laundry room is handy! The kitchen is well-appointed. Overall, the house is very nice.

Fantastic getaway
Our family of all ages (ranging from a 3yo to a senior citizen) truly enjoyed staying at this gem!! We had a low-key long weekend filled with hikes, beach exploration, outdoor firelight and even a hailstorm! The house was incredibly well appointed and very cozy on the rainy days. We loved our stay and will definitely consider this place again if we return to Yachats. Thank you for sharing with us!

Perfect in every way
We stayed four nights and had the pleasure of watching the waves crash, sun set, the moon glow and the stars shine in this lovely seaside home. It had everything our family needed including toys and books for little ones, extra blankets, ingredients, kitchen items for any meal, plenty of towels etc. There was a feeling of hospitality and generosity as soon as we walked in the door. We will stay longer next time!

Seaside Cottage....a Hidden Gem!!!!
Wow! What an amazing place! This cottage was so relaxing and the view is absolutely breathtaking! The owners go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need in case you forgot something at home! We loved the decor and the quaintness of this adorable beach cottage! We were also lucky enough to spot a mother & baby harbour seal, 4 dolphins, and lots of seabirds & pelicans right from the yard. We will definitely be back...Seaside Cottage is now our family's favorite beach vacation spot! Thank you for making our family vacation so memorable!

Beach Home Away from Home
This sweet beach house felt like home. It’s very comfortable, has all the amenities you’d hope for, is clean and showcases the view! It’s located over the rocky edge of Yachats, and the crashing waves were mesmerizing. We really didn’t need (or want) to go anywhere except for doing some exploring of the tide pools below, which is conveniently accessible. The lawn provides good area for playing lawn games, or sitting out watching the sunset/sunrise. The covered side deck is great for inclement weather protection. But the best feature of the house (which is saying a lot), is it’s well thought out comfortable furnishings, and beautiful decor. Hygge meets Cape Cod beach house. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
