Spend your days soaking in the views and basking in the ocean breezes on the private balcony, walk to the beach, or stroll through town to sample some great local seafood or peruse the shops. A leisurely cruise north or south along 101 offers scenic vistas and a bounty of wayside stops, viewpoints, state parks, and beaches to explore.

The home's two-story floor plan makes excellent use of space, with two guest rooms and a full bathroom on the first floor and a primary bedroom with a second full bathroom on the second floor. The main-floor living area features an open-concept layout designed for family gatherings, and the recliner sofas are positioned to showcase the home's stellar ocean views. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer add an extra layer of comfort and convenience.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
