Welcome to Villa Luna!!!!
Before traveling to Puerto Rico review travel updates - Covid19 at www.discoverpuertorico. We offer worry free stay by providing self check-in and keyless entry. We are following a cleaning protocol were we are cleaning an dessinfecting with EPA registered disinfectants all surfaces and frequently touched areas. Escape to to what is known to our family for the past 50 years as the most magical place on earth!!!! El Cocal is a Gated community of Beach Houses tucked away between the beautiful mountains and Caribbean ocean of in the east coast of Puerto Rico. Here your mind, body, and soul can't help but relax and become one with nature.
Villa Luna has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. First bedroom has two full size beds, Second bedroom has a queen size bed , Third bedrroom a bunk bed with twin on top and full on the bottom and a button and the master bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom..Full kitchen,living room, home theater, tv, dvd , ipod station, games, movies, dinning room , 2 balconies with ocean views and mountain views, porch with ocean views, hammacs and outdoor furniture, outdoor shower,washer and dryer, all linens and towels provided, parking , club house with basketball court, beach chairs, basketball, etc.. Brand new private inground pool (photos coming soon!)Close to Snorkeling, Restaurants, Golf, Rainforest, Old San Juan.

Dream Vacation
This was our first trip to PR and we could not have selected a better place to stay! We wanted a home with an ocean view out of the normal touristy areas and this was just that! The home was clean, roomy for two families and was an easy walk to the beach. Many local restaurants were within 10 minutes and all other amenities also within 15-20 minutes. Elizabeth’s home is easy to get to and within an hour drive to the rain forest and other excursions. Would highly recommend and we hope to return again!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Just what we were looking for
Our family likes to relax on vacation. The mostly private beach allowed for lots of time spent lounging without needing to deal with crowds. The house opens up front to back allowing an amazing breeze to blow throughout the house and keep the interior comfortable on days in the mid-80’s. Everything you could need from the house is provided by Elizabeth. We were lucky enough to have her nearby for half of the week and she is such a wonderful person. We generally don’t stay anywhere twice as we like to experience new places. However, I would stay here again as we had such a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Family getaway
This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and our stay was perfectly relaxing. The property was amazing with ocean in front and the rainforest in the back. The home had plenty of space for the family to stretch out, the pool was refreshing and the beach was right across the street. Elizabeth was wonderful and a very attentive host.

Beautiful home, great host
We spent 9 nights at Elizabeth's home. The home is spacious and well appointed. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The views from both sides of the house were beautiful. Elizabeth was a wonderful host as well. We experienced a few routine maintenance issues upon our arrival, but Elizabeth responded very quickly and arranged for them to be addressed quickly. She was a very responsive and gracious host. I highly recommend this home to anyone with a larger group.

Great place
This place was amazing. The pictures does not do it justice. Plenty of room for the whole family. We had seven pool was fantastic we could walk down to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Elizabeth was fantastic to deal with great communicator. Drive to San Juan was about one hour, but we knew that we did not want to stay in the busy area. We wanted to be in a peaceful place and this place definitely was it, Would highly recommend this place if you want a place to stay and enjoy yourself. This is a great place.

Perfect Puerto Rico Home
This was such a truly wonderful home. The home was beautiful the pictures don’t give it justice. You have the best of both worlds….the front of the home had an ocean view and the back overlooked what looked like a tropical paradise. The house was very clean. I am a very picky person and literally could not find anything dirty or wrong. It was well stocked and had everything we needed including games and everything we needed in the kitchen. The house had plenty of towels and soap to even a speaker we could play our music on. My kids loved the basketball court across from the house and the beach access is steps away. This house is situated on the perfect part of the beach that had a area blocked from waves almost like a little lagoon area that the little kids could enjoy without worrying about the waves. The pool was very nice and was well equipped with all kinds of pool toys. We have stayed at a lot of rental properties and I have to say everything was on point with this home. Thank you Elizabeth for everything.. the check in and check out process was a breeze and thank you again for recommending Sergio with Fixatrip for our excursions. Would highly recommend this home for families and hope to be back soon!

Summer vacation
Overall, our experience was good. The house needs a few updates. Make sure you rent a vehicle that’s high because the parking space is on a hill and with a low car is difficult to get in the parking space. The house does provide spectacular views.

Truly a magical space for a relaxing getaway
This beach home and its views were absolutely stunning! The easy access to the beach was wonderful. The home had all the amenities you could need to feel at home away from home. A vehicle is needed if you plan to travel outside the beach house. Catered dinner was provided by a chef the host recommended, Nydia, who was wonderful to work with. Her meals and delivery were spot on. We highly suggest you double-check with the host for the exact location if you are relying on GPS, as the address provided on the website took us to the wrong location. Communication at times was not what we hoped for, but it did not take away from our beautiful stay once there. I would recommend this location and would love to revisit again now that we have worked out the kinks. Thank you for the wonderful space Elizabeth. Beautiful home!

Great house and host!
Our family had a great time in Yabucoa! The property was very nice - especially the pool and view of the ocean! It's not in a touristy area - but we weren't looking for that, so it was perfect. Elizabeth was a great host and I would definitely recommend booking one of her properties if you're looking for a relaxing vacation.

Lifelong memories
This house is a dream. You can't ask for a better location or property. Between all of the different outdoor spaces, the beach a short walk away, hearing the waves from the home, and the pool just off the kitchen, it's so much fun. The property is a place we will always remember with fondness and a great deal of love. My husband and I, our 23 year old au pair, our 6 year old twins and our 3 year old spent 30 days here. The beach was a gem for us as there is a sheltered spot to swim, even for our littlest. There were often times we were the only ones at the beach. I walked everyday and collected sea glass. I also worked remote from this house and never had any trouble with the Wifi. The bedrooms all have AC and are incredibly comfortable. With little ones, we made sure to be right at the pool whenever they were up and at 'em. At night, we shut everything up so they could not access the pool at all alone. There are some fun restaurants near by but not within walking distance. We took adventures out on many of our days including island tours, into San Juan, children's museum, seeing the incredible bioluminescent waters and more. I feel like we got to have a really great feeling of Puerto Rico, the rich culture and lots of great food, too. Elizabeth is the owner of the property and she is a delight. She was helpful, responsive and we were able to see her in person a couple of times during our visit as her wonderful parents live next door. I miss it already!

Beautiful ocean view property
Stayed at the property for a week with my family of four and another family of four. Plenty of room for us all. Well designed open concept house that flows to the pool or the ocean! Amazing views from everywhere. Property owner is very kind and helpful. I look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful vacation
Our stay at Villa Luna was above and beyond expectations. Our first night we arrived the electricity was out because of a storm that had come through earlier. The owners was there and was very apologetic. She brought us some wine got us hooked up to a generator next door so our food would not spoil, suggested a great restaurant a few miles down the road. When we got back from dinner the electricity had been restored. The house and view are beyond words. I highly recommend this place.

Great seaside spot in Puerto Rican countryside
The place is stunning. From the views to the decor and the layout, it was truly a delight to stay here. The kitchen was stocked with important stuff like a coffeemaker, a blender, etc. The pool was welcoming and fun. We felt relaxed and comfortable both day and night. Elizabeth was so accommodating and extremely helpful. FYI: Get used to driving if you plan to do excursions or go to Old San Juan--it's a bit far. Otherwise, we had a phenomenal time and we loved every minute! Thank you, Elizabeth!

Wonderful Vacation
The house was as described, clean, beautiful views, and steps from the beach. There are games, DVDs, floats for the pool, beach umbrellas/chairs, and coolers, which was great. My husband and I stayed 10 days and throughout that time our friends were able to stagger their visits. The last week there were 8 adults and 2 children, we had plenty of space for sleeping and handing out. We had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth and her spouse, who are so nice and friendly. I loved that Elizabeth’s parents lived next door, they were extremely nice and helpful!! You will need a car to get to the local grocery store (Ralphs) or nearby restaurants. This is a great place to stay when you want to feel like you are at a retreat where you get to enjoy the views of both the ocean and the forest. I would recommend this home and I will stay there again. Thank you again Elizabeth!!
