It was very warm over our stay and the AC units upstairs and down gave us more comfort. The linens were lovely, even if the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. "Nice cottage 5 minutes from Newbury beach on Lake Sunapee. Ample parking space for a couple of cars. Nestled in a wooded area. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and inviting. Bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Hannaford grocery is 6 miles out. Wifi worked flawlessly. Sunapee Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Overall, great experience. Excellent 4 season rental for 6."

"From the moment we walked in to see the breathtaking view of the lake, we knew we had made a good choice with this lake home. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond if we had a question. We spent two weeks enjoying the view and relaxing in the fabulous chairs on the dock. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back in the future!"

"The cottage was perfect for a long Labor Day weekend stay close to Colby Sawyer College and New London Main St. We took a relaxing walk to Elkins Beach and the kids enjoyed the playground amongst a beautiful mountain lake backdrop. The cottage is clean and had everything in order to be perfectly comfortable.
