The cottage was very spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped. It was a handy location for our visit to Cedarville University. Barbie was easy to contact and quick to answer our questions.

Relaxing and very comfortable home
We were visiting Cedarville University with our grandson. This home provided the perfect resting spot for us while he visited his friend. We were enjoying all the Labor Day Festivities as well in the Village of Cedarville. We would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay
This is the second time we have stayed at the cottage and we enjoyed it just as much this time. It is a short drive to Cedarville University. The cottage is clean land comfortable. It’s a great place to stay with a family.

Nice cottage!
I enjoyed my stay here. I was in the area for a wedding and associated events at Caesar Creek Vineyards, in Shawnee Hills, and in Jamestown so the location was perfect. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the reclining sofa in the living room was great for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to the area.

Very clean, cute house!
Super clean, very tidy, and well decorated house! We loved the fancy electronic couch and cozy kitchen. The house was a little close to a road so we got some lights in our windows, but we’d stay here again anytime.

Outdoor Games
I used the property for outdoor party for my son. The owner brought extra chairs and gave us firewood. The party was a smash hit. The property and house were perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t do it at a hotel. Will use this house again when visiting Cedarville. Owner also recommended pizza place and it was delicious. Owner was very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed getting to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter who is in college at Kent. We even baked Christmas cookies. Perfect place for our needs.

We loved staying at the Cottage
This is the first time we have stayed at a VRBO rental and it was a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable and there were so many little extras in the house. Even our dog had a great time and felt at home in the cottage, too. The location was close to Cedarville and the other locations we visited. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be back

The Perfect Retreat!
Our family stayed here while visiting Cedarville University. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had the opportunity to meet the owner at her shop next door and she was so friendly and gave us many recommendations for places to eat/things to do. We will definitely return in the future!

Wonderful cottage
Barbie, we absolutely loved this place. It is so cute. It was perfect for my granddaughters and I. The fruit you left for us was devoured. Bananas and oranges are their favorites. We came down to go to the Renaissance Fair which was about half an hour away. We will definitely be back next year.

Clean and cozy
Stayed here with my spouse and two friends for two nights. It's small but cozy and was definitely a step up from the motel rooms we usually get. Only suggestion would be to provide a bigger pot but we made due with two batches in the saucepan. Oh, and there were items in the oven that we almost didn't notice while preheating. Otherwise, overall very cute little house in the country!

Homey and Comfy
We loved the property! Very cozy! The beds were so comfortable and so was a the so AFA in living room. There was plenty of space for my husband and I as well as my parents. One bathroom for 4 adults was a little tricky but we made it work. Barb has a vintage shop next door, open Thursday through Saturday. We enjoyed purchasing some vintage gifts. Barb and her husband are very friendly. We did not cook or eat at the house as we were on the run every day; however, Barb provided granola bars, pop tarts, and coffee. It was a wonderful way to start the day. We would definitely return!

Wonderful cottage!
Our family loved this cottage for a getaway. The location is quiet and beautiful. Home is clean and cozy, bed is comfy. Kitchen is well stocked, I would recommend another spatula or 2 as we were only able to locate one and cooked each meal for a family and maybe a larger pot for pasta etc. Loved the extra thoughts of leaving a fan in each bedroom closet since sleeping with a fan on is great!! The host left snacks that my family loved, that was a great touch. Shower was great with the multi shower head. Only other recommendation I can think is maybe a trash can outside so if you have a family and are staying multiple days you don’t have to keep trash inside until checkout (was afraid if I put it on the deck an animal may get in it haha). Overall amazing cottage, great host and we would return!! Thanks for a great stay.
