"Carl's house was great for our family trip. We had everything we needed, Carl is a great host, he was there to welcome us & showed us around. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops & restaurants. "

"We had a wonderful week in Cambridgeshire and surrounding. The cottage is so lovely, quite with a beautiful garden to rest outside. Shopping and pub in Kimbolton present all you need to spend a nice vacation. The cottage itself was clean and offered everything you need to cook for family . "The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable. "House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. I also had to chase to get the amount...

"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"The place was lovely and was well kept and so on however , we chose this property due to they stated no children and so on would be there but other guests has a new born and a toddler with them that was screaming and crying for most of the night witch kept us up "

"Small but cosy annex. Kettle, mugs, tea, coffee etc provided. Bed comfortable. Only useful for short stays as no kitchen facilities but plenty of pubs and eating places a short trip away. We stayed for 4 nights and managed with no problems. Would recommend."

"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"Our stay was everything we expected. Very clean, kitchen well stocked to allow home cooking, games available for a rainy day, a huge tv. Easy access to caravan on a very well presented quiet site with easy access to all venues in Northampton."
