"We had a wonderful weekend at Amelia On My Mind. It was perfectly set up for our friends and family. There was plenty of parking, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful back porch along with beach misc. and outdoor fun. We were walkable to a few restaurants in the Main Beach area and there was a quick walkover to the beach about a block away. Thank you for thinking through all the details and for such a comfortable stay! We will be back!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed out time at The Round House. There was an issue with the oven upstairs and the rental management company attempted to fix it before we left. Thankfully there was another oven downstairs we could use. That made cooking slightly inconvenient, but we made it work. Communication with the rental management company could not have been better the entire time we were there. They contacted us when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory (this was before the oven issue)...

"The cottage was perfect for what we needed. Cozy with a beachy feel. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. It was located right next to the beach access as well as close to Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway and a moment's drive to restaurants and shops. Amelia Island is a favorite of ours!"

"Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. "

"Excellent location just far enough off of A1A to be away from traffic noise, yet very convenient to dining, shopping and Amelia Island. Property, house and yard, is clean and well maintained. Good kitchen/living room space and roomy master bath. Garage with an operational garage door is a plus. Quiet neighborhood and street has a couple of speed bumps for speed management. Will definitely stay again!"

"Very impressed. Every area of this house was outfitted with whatever was needed from the kitchen to the linens. It was beautifully decorated, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had a couple of minor issues that was handled quickly and efficiently. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Captains house! The view is wonderful. Very big condo with a lot of space. "

"Multiple balconies are nice, as well as all bedrooms have a king or queen bed. My kids are way past twin bunk bed age so this was a perfect size place my family, giving everyone their space to relax. Location is great and was very easy for us to go back and forth from beach to the house. Living room was comfy, and house was clean and well kept. Pleased with our visit! "

"We have stayed at this home several times over the years and it is always such a treat to spend time here. The house has such charm and history in Amelia. It is peaceful and restful and the updates made to the downstairs porch makes for a great outdoor living area next to the ocean. You will have your own personal sandy path to the beach. The house is so close to downtown Fernandina, restaurants, shopping and Fort Clinch. The drive into Fort Clinch is a beautiful drive of a canopy of trees. ...
