"The place was not too bad, kinda small and no hot breakfast, however our room did Not have a microwave and when i called the desk i got nowhere and was told i could use the one downstairs inwhich there is no elevator, i wouldn't complain about the stairs if my spine and back werent in the shape they are. The beds are small so if there are 2 of ya mite wanna upgrade your room. On a good note they are pet friendly and a gas station is within walking distance. Staff was friendly "

"Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow."

"My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting Wilder Days in Mansfield. The home makes good use of its space and is amazingly roomy. The main sleeping areas are in lofts, up steep stairs. That wasn’t a problem for us, but might be an issue for older seniors or young children who might be prone to falling, so just be aware. The kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer were convenient. Though we didn’t use them, there was also a BBQ on the back deck, as well as a fire pit in the yard. The stars...

"This house was a great place for my friend and I to stay for our weekend. Neat, clean, comfortable, well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses and cookware. The sunrise view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area again."

"Quiet, clean house close to main road for trips to Springfield or Branson. Comfortable beds and sofas. "

"Ours was very unique situation. The weekend we were planning to stay is the same day Hurricane Helene hit. Unfortunately our host lived in the area of the damages and no electricity and her phone was dead. We were not able to reach each other. The property looked wonderful! She called me just as soon as she possibly could and let me know what happened. Very nice person and wanted to make sure we were able to get our full refund. I would recommend this host!"

"We stayed here during our trips to the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum and The Baker Creek Seed Company, both great destinations. The house was just about perfect for our family, it was well stocked with just about everything we needed. No television, and we loved that! We spent more quality time talking and playing games. We cooked full meals and lacked only a few spices, besides that, the kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor grounds are spacious, and we spent a lot of time enjoying...
