Centrally located between the local attractions of Worthing Seafront and the stunning South Downs. The property is a 7 minute walk away from West Worthing train station which takes you to Brighton in 30 minutes or Gatwick Airport in 1 hour 20 minutes. A 20 minute walk and you can be in Worthing town centre or Worthing seafront.
The space
The newly decorated property has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the master with a superking bed that can be split to create 2 singles. Please advise which setup you would prefer. The living room is separate from the kitchen and dining room, providing a private sleeping space and has a velvet 3 seater sofa with a pull out double bed that can sleep 2 further guests if required. Please let us know if you would like this set up for your stay.

The dining room has a six seater dining table. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, tassimo coffee machine and cooking equipment. There are feature fireplaces in both the dining room and living room but these are not in use.

The kitchen has a back door leading out to an enclosed, patio garden with an outdoor seating area.

There is a bathroom downstairs with the bath/shower and basin, upstairs is the toilet with a small handwashing basin.

There is a washing machine upstairs in the back bedroom cupboard.

There is a work station on the landing area with a desk and comfortable chair, perfect for remote working.
