Things to Know
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets are not permitted (unless noted in your reservation).

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

Damage Policy: Renter is liable for any damage to the property that occurs during occupancy.

Dock details: Home has a slip in a small shared marina maintained by the Cave Bay Community HOA.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Cabin Above the Lake
This is such a great cabin in a wonderful neighborhood on the lake. The marina with side tie slip was a huge perk for us and made accessing the lake incredibly easy. The three bedrooms downstairs were perfect for 3 couples, one bedroom was large enough to put our kids on the floor during nights when it was too warm upstairs in the loft. We would definitely stay here again.

Wish there was a window AC unit
The house itself is unbelievably peaceful. The neighborhood was quiet. However, it’s very far from everything. It is also extremely hot and a couple of the fans were not working. Our mistake that we did not see there was no AC but a simple window unit would’ve been very helpful in the home. Especially for that price.

Could be better
It is a nice property but could be better outfitted for a more enjoyable stay. The house could easily sleep 15 or 16 people and there were 9 in our group, however, they did not have the paper products, cleaners, towels, etc needed for a group our size or the cabin’s occupancy potential. Along those same lines the property only had 6 deck chairs and an apartment sized bbq grill (made dinners for 9 a little difficult). Property management also needs to let guests know which boat slip is for the property. Slips are not conveniently labeled but are assigned as we found out from local residents. If staying with little kids or older adults walking to park and boat launch is probably not an option. Very long steep hill. Nice home and location with potential to be a great place to stay outside of the previously stated issues.

Very beautiful setting, wonderful cabin/house
This is a walkout basement home with three bedrooms down and a loft that could sleep 4-6 short people. There is a nice deck and patio below it looking over the lake.

Lake Visit
The views from the house were gorgeous. However, we were all completely underwhelmed with the amenities of the house. The beds were very uncomfortable and the kitchen had no amenities. Also, staying in the home without A/C when the highs were in the 90's was not pleasant. Lastly, getting to home was not easy, nor convenient.

Great Stay for the 4th
Our family of 4 (mom and dad, kids aged 3 and 1) and our friends family of 5 (mom and dad, kids aged 10, 7, 3) all had a blast at this property. It was just big enough to sleep us all comfortably, allowing for privacy for the adults, and a fun loft area for the bigger kids to sleep in every night. The house was clean and the kitchen area was a great hangout spot for us with a spectacular view of the lake. Nice grass to play in, and plenty of room to park a boat trailer and 2 SUV's. All in all we had an excellent stay, would highly recommend this property to others thinking about it, and we will definitely be back next summer!

Worley Surprise
We only stayed one night because water was turned off due to a leak. We made the decision to pack up and move to a second destination that also had no water within an hour of moving there. Beautiful deck and view at this location. Beds were so so. No A/C would been miserable if we had stayed because it was hot that week. Nice big kitchen and table. Little tough navigating corners with 22’ boat but launched ok. Would been nice to stay here with lots of room and separation for the tv upstairs. People can stay up longer than others without disturbing others. Does have a loft but too hot for kids to stay up there. Wish we could have stayed but there was no end in sight fixing the leak. The men were still trying to figure it out next day and didn’t look like it was gonna be any time soon. This makes me wonder if owner had any idea Water was being turned off by emails.?? We walked in completely blind about it. Wished we would have had an option to cancel because we spent another day packing everything all up to move and in process broke a brand new bottle of vodka in kitchen. A little better communication with us would have been nice if this whole situation with no water could have been avoided in first place.

Fun on the lake
The cabin was as advertised, clean and has great views of the lake. Management was responsive to questions and check in was a snap. The southern end of the lake is much quieter than the north, so if you like having the water to yourself, this could be for you. However, it does take a good 40 minutes to get to Coeur d'alene/Spokane, and there is not much available in the Worley area aside from the casino. My only real complain was that the neighbors treat the yard like communal space. My wife was on the deck in her pjs one morning when the neighbor let himself into the shared garage. Another neighbor was playing with her dog beneath the deck. As long as you're not looking for absolute solitude, it may not bother you. Also, the boat slips are not well marked on the dock. When I eventually found the one assigned to us, someone else was moored there.

Beautiful, quite location!
We had a great time at this cabin! Perfect evenings on the deck and plenty of space inside for two families! The kids LOVED the loft sleeping area and the adults had three spacious bedrooms to choose from. Very clean inside and out. Kitchen was stocked with just about every dish or cooking item that you might have at home. The community only lake access and dock would have been fantastic for adults and kids had there not been a swarm of hornets around. That is nature though, not much you can do about it. Loved the peace and serenity of this location. Would visit again!
