"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents...

"One of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever stayed in. 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. All the appliances and amenities you’d need for a short/long term stay. The location is great, across the street from target and 3 mins away from the train station. The host was kind and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough "

"I was having trouble getting a hotel in Philly so I booked this place but just for me. I was spacious and nice and clean. Loved everything about my stay."

"What a great trip. The property was perfect, clean comfortable, roomy. The neighborhood was amazing to walk around. It seems everyone had decorated for Halloween, and we walked through at night, taking pictures. We even had a nightcap at the bar on the corner. Parking is a bit of a challenge but we got super lucky, and parked in front of the door every single time. Our host couldn’t be better. He was easy reachable, responsive, and friendly. We would stay here again. "

"was very clean, had games and a karaoke machine provided, ashtrays provided, and overall very nice house! i had a great time for my birthday thanks to this house, definitely would stay again and already have recommended it to friends!"

We were located close to a lot of dining options that were walking distance, which was convenient, because it was hard to find parking depending on the time of day. The area itself was loud at times, but bearable; the apartment was very cute and equipped with basic things you would need. "Everyone in our group thought the house was great and everyone was very comfortable at all times. It was lovely gathering together on the deck around the fire and inside at the fireplace, and there was never ending entertainment for the kids. The big trees, falling leaves and autumn foliage were a beautiful backdrop. Our time together here will be a new happy memory for all of us. "

"O hotel é maravilhoso, quarto gigante e muito confortável, estava limpo e cheiroso, fica a uma curta distância do centro de Philadelphia, para quem está de carro é bem tranquilo ir e vir, fiquei apenas uma noite, mas adorei a estadia, a recepcionista Alice foi muito cordial. Não me foi cobrado depósito de garantia. Fiquei em um quarto king no primeiro andar. O café da manhã é OK, tem torrada, cereal, waffle, suco, café, muffin. Porém a funcionária que fica no café da manhã é estúpida e mal educada, fica nos acelerando para comer rápido. Me hospedaria novamente. "
