When I have feedback (positive or negative) I prefer to give it in real-time & in-person. However, this feedback belongs with the manager or owner not staff. They were responsive, attentive & cheerful. Matthew & Wendy! and expressed my gratitude to in-person.
1st room(124), had bugs - 7 insects/bugs in my first hour.
No bugs seen in 2nd room (201)! But, the conditions were disgusting & ultimately proved unhealthy, more on that later.
Conditions: an overpowering musky chemical smell. Like moldy laundry. Carpet was stained (yellow-orangey-red almost brown) with matching wall stains. A filthy AC vent with equal amounts of debris-dirt-trash & guck as the NYC subway grates. Kept it off. The caked-in guck between the tv remote buttons took one pack of (9)Clorox wipes to get mostly off It. Pack two helped remove stains/hair/etc. from the toilet, sink,& shower.
I began feeling upper respiratory symptoms night2 (Friday) scratchy/bumpy/red throat, cough, & headache. By Saturday morning I had an elevated temp & all symptoms worsened. Thankfully my friend offered me her home & helped me gather my things from the hotel. I checked out Saturday night. Today, I went to urgent care & was diagnosed with Influenza d. How are y’all part of the Wyndham chain?! Your Reviews & Ranking for Clean/Condition are straight lies.
