"Overall it was a comfortable and good experience, only blocks away from any eating joints, however my major complaint would be the security deposit for incidentals. You do get charged a lot per day and I stayed for nearly a week which amounted to a few hundred dollars more which they did say would be credited back after about 5-7 business days but they should really post that information in their hotel info when making a reservation and setting up payment ahead of time."

"Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. The location was fantastic and we didn’t even need to drive at any time. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We thought the happy hour complementary wine tasting was a nice touch. The bars and restaurants were also top notch. Eden Rooftop Bar is one of our favorite spots in Phoenix. The service was amazing throughout the entire hotel. Jessica at the front desk was definitely a stand out staff member who made our stay even more...

"This was a peaceful and very clean hotel. We had 5 people and fit easily in a suite. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite. The parking was clean and convenient. The neighborhood was very nice and fun to walk around. There is coffee and restaurants in walking distance."
