We caught the trees near their peak color as well during our stay. Would stay here again if the opportunity comes up."

"The house is new and updated. The beds and linens are nice quality . It is also very clean the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Walking distance to downtown ! My only complaint is there is not a TV in the main living area for group watching of sports , etc. The main photo is the back of the house and does not show that you are about thirty feet from the major highway through Stowe. "There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...

"The Coral Cabin absolutely has a cabin feel. The building was built in 1912, and the workmanship shows it, but it does not feel old. "Yes, this is an older property. The fans are only in the bedrooms and are loud. But the house is also so much bigger than I was expecting and has so much charm to it. And the town of Waterbury is so cute and very walkable. Tip for those driving in really late at night. Don’t expect anything to be open late so plan ahead for dinner."

"Fantastic location! While the unit is located up a set of stairs and over a restaurant, it was perfect! You never knew the restaurant was below and the stairs were well lit and well maintained, an easy climb from the parking lot. The accommodations were superb!
