DOUBLE BOOKED NO STAY HERE!
We were very excited to book this VRBO for a men's overnight fishing trip with its close proximity to the trip sight. A few days prior, I received an email with address and some general new info etc. I reached out to the owner the day before to get more specifics. Once doing so, the owner began to tell me there was a gliche in the system between another sight & VRBO (never heard of this before) and someone was already occupying the home. How shocked to find out the day before when owner could of contacted us prior to the day before! We scrambled and found a hotel. I had previously paid in full and getting my full refund was quite a chore! 6 weeks later, 5 very time consuming phone calls to VRBO support and several messages with owner, I finally received my whole refund. Owner was obviously inexperienced and had no knowledge of how to do a full refund. All this to say, our stay never happened and was quite a debauchle! Nothing from owner other than Im sorry...As a business owner myself, one should go above and beyond when something major like this occurs. I just hope it doesnt happen to you!
