"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"Excellent stay from start to finish. Booked a studio cottage for me and 2 girlfriends for a girls get away. Easy to reserve. Received personal welcome text from staff. Easy to pick up key. Easy and safe parking. Property looks just as advertised. Beds super comfort. Pull out sofa bed very comfortable, too. Bathroom clean and accessible. Shower very clean and water pressure, great. I texted staff for more towels and they delivered them quickly. Whole studio was very clean and had every amenity...

"I get woken up by a phone call 11:30 PM the night before check in saying the county has turned the water and electricity off. The county says it is uninhabitable. I had friends in the area and they sent me a photo showing the county shut them down three days prior to the call. The house was in shambles. No way someone was/will stay there. We had twelve family members coming. Some flying from NY. AND... this rental was for fourth of July week! Good luck finding a place for 12 people for the next...

"Great place on the ocean! Deck chairs are dated and rickety. Well equipped unit. Fantastic views! Location is fine. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The Ketch Courtyard Condo was a short walk to the beach and very close to other activities. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all to have their own space. Matt and Jenny were very attentive to what we needed, port-a crib for baby, any requests to them were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a great place to spend our get away. We would choose to stay here again. "

"Everything was perfect and the condo was clean and very well stocked with all our needs. My grandson who lives in Jacksonville, was able to spend with his Mom, Aunt, and Grandma. We miss him a lot! Ocean was amazing and we also went sight seeing in Fernandinho Beach and St.Augustine."
