"Had a nice relaxed stay. Was remote, quiet, near the beach. Well setup unit with washer and dryer. Excellent place to stay!"

"We had a marvelous stay in Volcano, the house is spacious and wonderfully decorated. We loved the kitchen and back patio + private jungle backyard. We were disappointed the Jacuzzi was not working during our stay but Mindi made up for that (and few misses by the cleaning staff) with the gift of some amazing live orchids from her farm, that arrived after we got back home! Highly recommended!!"

"Really a great change from the Kona beach experience. The Jungalow is really comfortable and well equipped. My family and I really felt at home, and loved the cool, misty mornings with the chickens and pheasants in the front yard adding a comical touch to morning coffee. I'm sorry we didn't stay a few extra days just to hang around the property. The neighborhood is great, my teenager is trying to get me to move here!"

"1st time at a yurt. The room was nice. The place was in a more secluded area, but not far from highway access. Being far out, there wasn't a sewer system in place, so the toilet system took us off guard. Overall, nice place and staff was great to work with. "

"The home and property are just beautiful. The hot tub was a dream to use and welcome at the end of a long day hiking in the park. The house comes with all the amenities a family needs. It’s very spacious and the kitchen is well appointed! The property made our stay a real treat!"

"The home worked great for us. Two adult couples visiting the island. We were looking for a place close to the national park. On the day we arrived, there was a torrential rain storm the entire day. The host was able to get us into the house early which was super helpful since touring was not an option. We enjoyed the hot tub and playing cards to pass the day. Beautiful landscaping. Lots of room. And the full size washer/dryer was much appreciated. "

"Great little getaway on the quiet side of the big island. Turnoff from main road is difficult to see at night, so the owner came out and set a light for us. Can't ask for better service than that, honestly. Room has a well-equipped ensuite kitchen. Ka'u is farm country, so it's good to be able to do one's own cooking and coffee-making. Bathroom was nice; hot water worked well. This is a good base for visiting the green sand beach and Volcano national park. There are also a lot of nice secluded...

"Beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Mahalo."

"We recently had a two-night stay at Hale Sweet Hale and found the cabin to be lovely and perfect as our home base for visiting Volcanoes National Park and Volcano village. The cabin was clean, warm, and well-appointed. The hot tub was in great, working condition. The communication with and directions from the host were excellent. We highly recommend this vacation property and would not hesitate renting it again if we come back to the area. "

"The listing is totally accurate, it's not fancy but it's clean, comfortable, well stocked, and a super fun experience. I have to note, that binder was the most comprehensive one I've ever seen. I was incredibly impressed. "

"The house is well priced, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to Volcano National Park. The property manager was helpful and responsive to an early check-in when our flight came in. I do think that attention to detail with cleaning needs to be a priority as there were dirty mugs in the cabinets, a "clean" wash cloth hanging in the bathroom that had what I assume was a blood stain on it, and stains on the fabric of the dining room chairs from food and beverage."

"Very clean, nicely equipped and beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Centrally located between Hilo and Kona. Owner was pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with. This was a perfect vacation spot for our family."

"This cabin was perfect for us--close to Volcano NP for some great hiking---as well as being on the golf course for our golfing pleasure. The cabin was clean and welcoming and we even used the fireplace on the super rain chilly day. Highly recommend it!"

"Muito confortável a cabana. Ficamos um pouco confusos no check in porque é feito em uma loja, mas a cabana fica em outro quarteirão, em um local muito tranquilo e bonito. A equipe de hospedagem nos proporcionou uma excelente estada!"
