"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste...

"Really great service! People at the desk were very nice, accommodating and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants as well as sights within walking distance. Helped us out with some sundries as well. Recently remodeled, quiet and modern with a fun little shop and good security measures in place after 8. Great bakery right next door as well with delicious coffee."

"Der Aufenthalt in Hochlitten war ein tolles Erlebnis. Schönes Haus mit sauberen Zimmern und großer Küche zur Selbstversorgung. Da das Skigebiet vor der Haustüre ist, ist auch für die Kleinen Schlittenfahren möglich, sowie ausgedehnte Wanderungen und Spaziergänge im Schnee. Im Haus selbst ist alles sauber und ordentlich mit viel Platz in den Zimmern und dem Aufenthaltsraum. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit auf dem Handy erreichbar und hat für alle Probleme eine Lösung. Der Aufenthalt ist jederzeit...

Schlecht: Kommunikation nur per E-Mail, zum Check in ( Kopie von Ausweis) nur im letzten Moment vor Ort. Wenn die Gäste vor Ort von eigenem Erfahrung vor Ort nicht erzählt hätten, keine Chance im späteren Abend gewesen. Keine Personal vor Ort."

Traumatic Experience

"We arrived at 10 pm to do the self check-in, but the machine showed an error and would not give us the room key. We tried several times, and after the fifth or sixth attempt, without a phone line to make a phone call, we had to get a line late at night and in the cold to call the chalet team. The staff member promptly helped us, and we got the key. Up to that point, everything was fine. The chalet was beautiful and modern, but it had problems such as a clogged shower drain and organic waste from the previous guests in the trash can (what?). The most absurd problem occurred on the morning of our departure. Before checkout time, two cleaning staff members asked if we were already leaving. We noticed that they were waiting in the car for us to leave, making us feel pressured to leave the chalet. Then exactly five minutes before checkout time, they knocked on our door, pressuring us to check out: “at 11 you leave,” which even sounded like a threat. The two men stood at the door waiting for us to leave; we had to close the curtain to have some privacy. It was the first time this had happened to us; we had never been kicked out of a place before checkout time, especially after having so many problems with the check-in. We left at 11:05 am."
