"The condo easily met our expectations; the amount of space was just fine for 2 people. The interior and grounds were tidy and it is very quiet at night. The location is great and offers quick access to many restaurants and shops on St. Simons. Enjoyed our stay . . . Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the condo was the perfect size for my husband and had everything we needed for cooking and the shops and restaurants was only a half mile away so we could walk to it if we wanted. "We loved this condo! It had a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, beach items, laundry items, lots of extra bedding/blankets, games, everything you could need. We actually got there right before a tropical storm hit, but stayed and had a great time. We contacted the owner when the power went out and she responded right away. Luckily the outage only lasted a couple hours. She even offered to let us stay an extra day because of the outage, which was so nice. Lots of great area restaurants and...

"The BIG surprise was in check in. I was expecting to pay $46 resort fee and it ended up being $61. They have a few more fees than last time, which was $38. This was a total surprise. The stay was nice, however the toilet was not bolted to the floor on both sides. It moved constantly. The floors seemed dirty."

"É uma região com muitas opções de compras e alimentação, porém o local no entorno do hotel parece abandonado. O hotel precisa de atualização, carpete, revestimentos e decoração antigos, no banheiro a porta está desmanchando, dobradiça oxidada, assim como as luminárias do lavatório, rejuntes em mal estado. A porta do closet falta puxador… Não consegui ligar uma luminária na ante sala do quarto… A área do café da manhã está mal iluminada, cadeiras com os pés pra cima, colocaram um ventilador de piso na área, parece que a climatização está com problemas… Os talheres do café da manhã estão dêspadronizados e com má aparência."
