"We had a great weekend here! The owners are very responsive, everything was clean and nice. The property is very secluded and out of the way which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want to spend a lot of your time on the Buffalo there are probably closer places, but I was intent on finding a spot where you couldn’t see or hear any neighbors to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. Hasty river is close as well as Jasper. This was exactly what I needed to decompress from a pretty...

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at Ratterman Ranch and it just gets better each time. Absolutely beautiful home and property. We had such a wonderful time floating the Buffalo and just spending time on this gorgeous property. Trudy is fantastic and always promptly replies. We plan to visit again this fall for a hike. Truly an amazing property."

Enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and watching the birds at the bird feeder. Dogs loved zooming all over the yard and walking the creek bed. We will be back again!"

"It was in great location for floating the Buffalo river all day. We liked that the restaurant was next door and very good. It’s not a 5 star place but unique. Clean, small and only there to sleep. "

"House was cozy and spacious, the trappers cabin was great for our kids. It was spotless and we had everything we needed. We loved the firepit with grill and the TV on the covered porch was bonus! It’s unusual to have such a remote spot with great WiFi. There is also a Dish with smart TVs. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back."

"We had family coming in from out of town for my son's wedding. We chose Canyon's for it's ability to comfortably accommodate the 9 people in our party. We had a mixture of adults and teens and everyone had a place to sleep with plenty of bathrooms/showers. This property was veey clean and provide everything we might have needed. We enjoyed spending time on the deck taking in the beautiful view and visiting. Some enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor games that were provided. The only drawback for us...

"Jeff was easy to communicate with. Very quick to respond. the Cabin was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and restful. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was stocked with most all we needed just as it was listed. The grill is a charcoal grill, which was fine, I like that better anyways. I would stay here again. It is close to may trials to go hike."

"Great cabin, nice,clean and quiet. Far enough away from everything. Only a 10 minute drive into town to get what you need. Overall great stay. Highly recommend."
