"Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. "We absolutely loved Mark's unit. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, and the beds comfy. For me, a big plus was that Mark made sure off-street parking was available for us. "You will like this property if you value a nice host, peace and quiet, and gorgeous views, with easy walking distance to the beach and the very good Tides restaurant. The home is comfortable, easy to access, and just as advertised. If you are looking for brand new, high end amenities, you might want to look elsewhere. "We loved this apartment. It is beautiful, lots of closet space, big king beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus was stocked with some basic foods like coffee, milk, sparkling water, etc. It had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and was a lovely Place to sit and watch the city wake up in the morning.The hosts were so helpful and responsive."

"Excellent food choices nearby. Location was perfect. Good neighborhood. Easy access to train/ bus. The parking was a plus! Steep stairs but firm handrails. My kids did not have any issues going up or down the stairs. Loved to have a bathroom and bedroom available on main floor. The lower level is super comfortable and roomy. This was our first time in Boston and this duplex was perfect for us. I would stay here again if we visit some other time. "
