You'll feel right at home the moment you step inside the condo's interior, boasting high-quality furnishings, cozy mountain touches, and a beautiful gas fireplace. This condo has absolutely the best location and views available, situated on the highest level of the Zephyr right in the middle of Winter Park Resort's new base village, just a few steps away from all the various activities throughout the year. This includes skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, AND IS ONLY A FEW STEPS OUT THE LOBBY DOOR TO THE NEW ZEPHYR 10 PERSON GONDOLA.

This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

This premium 7th floor corner unit will soon be one of the nicest penthouse's in the building and includes a large covered deck that frames the amazing ski mountain and gondola views. This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, HD TV's with basic cable access, You Tube and Hulu, a large assortment of board games, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, FREE wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Relax after an invigorating day of winter skiing or summer mountain biking and view all the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck throughout the year. This exceptional condo is situated within the wonderful Zephyr Mountain Lodge building, allowing guests to enjoy fabulous amenities, including a heated underground parking garage (the resort charges a separate daily parking fee of $18 per day during the ski season only which is not included) secure bike storage, a FREE private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a stone fireplace fireplace, onsite gym and multiple hot tubs.

The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. There is also a fantastic new rec center just down the road, that has multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, outdoor playground and gymnasiums.

The Town of Winter Park is only a 5 minute drive or FREE shuttle away, with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and activities at the new Hideaway Park amphitheater. Great Location!
It was a perfect spot for our stay at Winter Park. Such a convenient location to access the slopes as well as restaurants. The property was super clean and ample space for all of us. The elevator access to the ski room was great, too. I wish the parking space is included in the price of stay. We would like to come back next year!

Anniversary Ski Trip
The last two years my wife and I have spent our anniversary in Winter Park, CO. This was the first time staying in this condo, but it won't be the last. It has every thing you need and was very clean.

Location can't be beat
Location was everything, we could leave the condo 10 minutes before lifts open and still be one of the first in line. The condo itself is very nice. The kitchen is small but just fine for a vacation home. None of the TVs seemed to be smart televisions as promised so no streaming services but seeing as we spend all day skiing it didn't bother us. We loved all the games and puzzles. Might be a problem for others. We only had to contact property manager once regarding access to ski lockers (that clearly confused others staying in the lodge as well) They didn't know the answer and we had to figure it out ourselves.

Best ski vacation ever.
We could not possibly exaggerate how much we enjoyed our stay. Even our 9 year old fell in love with the condo and did not want to leave. The location is the obvious - you are in the middle of the Winter Park village, you can ski out onto the Corridor, etc. But every other convenience is understated - the way they've arranged parking, ski lockers, access to just about everything, is incredible. The unit was very clean and tidy. It comes with two masters and some bunks, which is amazing and unusual for a ski condo. If you are like us, and like to cook your own food, this unit is STOCKED. They thought of, and supplied, absolutely everything. Want to chop up some ingredients and have a stew ready overnight, no problem! There's a crock pot. They've even gone as far as leaving a lot of supplies that you need, that other condos don't provide - such as soaps, TP, detergent, etc. We usually have to spend money on these smaller supplies when we stay in other VRBO places. We also enjoyed the evening games of Monopoly or dueling on the NES after a long day on the slopes. All in all, we just had our dream vacation and will certainly rent from Winter Park Escapes again (of course, we'll be seeking out this unit, if available).

The unit is old and in disrepair. The ice maker is broken. The “jacuzzi” does not work. Felt like we way overpaid for what was received. Called Property Manager about ice maker and he actually suggested I go outside and make snowballs in lieu of ice. The checkin process is horrible but maybe the most frustrating is having to use public buses to get anywhere. Property should step up and have a shuttle service.

Gorgeous, and comfortable We were under the impression that the sofa had a pull out bed, so we had to adjust some sleeping arrangements. Overall, the property was otherwise perfect.

Great location. Nice accommodations
The property’s location sells it. We rented gear on the first floor and had a view out our window of the gondola. Our only complaint was the noise. Every 20 minutes at night the snowcat that grooms the runs drove by our rental followed shortly by a snowmobile that was even louder. This was from midnight to 6:30 AM. I understand it is a necessity, but I didn’t sleep the entire stay. I would still stay there again, but just want to be honest.
