Perfect Location

We loved everything about the condo!!! We we were super disappointed that the Hot Tub was under construction even though we were there first of December. Due to the construction our last morning there we were woke up to annoying jack hammer sound!!!! Overall perfect place !

Winter Park Rental at Fraiser Crossing

Overall, very a nice place. Not a true ski -in-ski -out. At least not in a sense I thought of it. You do not end up on a slope once you leave the building - but rather have to walk up the gondola with the eqiopment. Not a long walk, 5 -7 min. The parking code is a bit cumbersome, need tp sometimes redial long series of numbers several times to get in OR OUT. Check out instructions say to leave garbage in the garage containers. I walked around the garage with garbage, looked at utility rooms and all over - but failed to find those disposal bins. Otherwise, good cozy place with very responsive management. I do reccomend!

Super nice place!

Clean, well stocked nice bathrooms and comfy beds. As it was off season the management company was happy to accommodate a late checkout. Suggestion: pasta pot, otherwise kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect location.

This property is very convenient and well stocked. It was nice to be right across from the slopes. We are a family of 5 and we were very comfortable. The only issue we had was a lack of hot water for the showers. Apparently, there is only one boiler servicing both Founders Pointe and Frasier Crossing. So, when all the units are full it’s hard for the single boiler to keep up. Our host was very apologetic but, unfortunately, there was nothing they could do about it. They did offer us tickets to a local activity as a goodwill gesture. Overall, we had a great trip.

Great Location

Close to village and lifts. Nice views, enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the hottubs. Fireplace did not work which was very disappointing. All the access codes required were a hassle.

One of the better units we've stayed in at Winter Park. We have stayed at Zeyphr/Founders/Fraser's 20+ times over the last few years and we really liked this unit. Will try to target it again for trips later this year.

The condo is very clean and modern. Parking garage was just outside the door and highly assessable. Daniel was very quick to help and compensate on some issues we encountered.

A broken down condo

The location is great, the condo itself was not. We had no hot water the entire stay, the fire place, microwave, and dishwasher were all broken. Imagine a beautiful day of skiing, but coming in a bit cold. Want to sit by the fire to warm your toes? Sorry. Want to warm some water for hot tea? Nope. How about a nice hot shower at the end of a long day? Forget about it. All tremendous inconveniences. Sounds like they knew about the fire place for months. I get it, supply chain issues to get the missing part. How about a disclaimer though? And the lack of water? That’s unacceptable. I would not recommend this until they can guarantee all issues are resolved.

Close to the lifts and nice view of the mountain

The condo has good views of the mountain and was very conveniently placed. Be aware if your vehicle is over 7.5 ft. tall you will have to park in away from the building instead of the parking garage, and finding the units initially from the parking structure can take a little effort as the signs and directions in the parking garage are not extremely visible. but overall was a nice place to stay with all the amenities advertised.

Great location

You can't beat the location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I loved that it was on the 2nd floor and had direct access so we didn't have to go through a lobby and up elevators, etc. Parking was easy. Many restaurants within walking distance. You will have to have a car to get to a grocery store or you can have groceries delivered. Main gondola is also walking distance.

great location, spacious, but a couple issues

lovely spot, perfect location walk to gondola, clean and well stocked. we enjoyed our stay. would give 5 stars except: 1) fireplace didn't work (a disappointment for a skiing vacation! management tried to fix but could not until the morning we left -- seems like the kind of thing could have tested before our arrival). 2) very spotty wireless, and 100% nonfunctional for the duration of a very important Zoom call that ended up having to be done by phone.

Perfect spot

Location location location! We are officially spoiled. The heated parking was a very nice perk too. Condo has everything we needed. Big bath tubs were perfect for soaking sore muscles too.
