Summers are warm and pleasant, fall brings the most amazing colors, winter gets blanketed in snow, and springtime is for wild flowers!

The Fraser/Winter Park area is just 1.5 hours from Denver and offers some of the most magnificent scenery Colorado has to offer. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are to the North, Hot Sulphur Springs is to the East, Winter Park and Mary Jane are to the South, and Majestic views of the Front Range, the Continental Divide, and lakes, rivers, scenery, and wildlife are everywhere. Don't be surprised to see deer, elk, moose, fox, coyote, eagles, osprey, hawks, falcons and so much more. You might even catch a glimpse of a black bear! This truly is the Colorado you dream about!
