"Such a sweet homey atmosphere. The den chairs were very uncomfortable. Couldnt put your feet up. But beds were comfortable. Very clean nice home. "

The Cottage could use some updating, but overall it was comfortable, like going to visit Grandma!! Thank you for letting my family and I stay in the Cottage for the week."

"We had a great stay - very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Kim was very kind and made it easy for us to get in even though our flight was late. Thank you!!! My family who stayed with me made several comments about the house being great as well. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. "

"Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend."

"Joe and Michelle were excellent hosts, and the yellow cottage we had the pleasure of renting from them was beyond adorable. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, tastefully furnished and had a lovely back yard in which we could catch a glimpse of birds, chipmunks and the occasional rabbit. My mother and I were in town under rather stressful circumstances, and were so grateful that this place could offer us some relaxing respite. Book it now, you won’t be disappointed."

"Amazing stay. Peaceful and quiet location with fresh air. The home displayed a lot of beautiful culture and charm. It was nice to see deer and other beautiful wildlife around the property. The host Tree was great. Every question answered!"

"Even though I received a confirmation from Hotels.com, Evolve (the property manager), had no record of our booking. We were on the phone with Evolve for 45 minutes, never received a call back and then got an email 2 hours later suggesting other Evolve properties. Never again. "

"The house was spacious and warm with the wood floors. Large bedrooms and great tub. I (being a retired certified Executive Chef) loved the kitchen. Great Viking Range, gas with a griddle (yes we did pancakes) great refrigerator, large sink and plenty of counter space.Great front porch!"

"Wonderful property in a quiet, safe neighborhood within 10 minutes of almost everything in Winston-Salem. Good walking area (albeit hilly). Home was recently renovated with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Owner has stocked almost every amenity under the sun from K-Cups with creamer, sugar and Sweet and Low to wrapped toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. Frequent travelers will even appreciate the high quality of the toilet paper...

"Hotel esquisito, publico esquisito, atendentes da recepcao simpaticos, mas no cafe da manha antipaticos, camareiras nao dao bom dia, boa tarde ou boa noite, todos de cara feias. Hotel nao transparecia ter seguranca. Algumas portas possuem reforço de metal que parece que ja foram arrombadas. Realmente nao me senti seguro. Ao lado da porta do hotel sempre tinha pessoas (nao sei se hospedes ou nao) pareciam estar drogadas. Foi sinistro."
