It is on the highway, so you will hear traffic, but the box fan provided in the bedroom created white noise to drown it out. Overall, excellent value for the area."

"1st Off Makenzie was great to work with, always quick to respond to questions. Cabin was clean and it is on route 60. A little hard to spot while going down the road. Try to get there before it’s dark and unpack hard to see from car to cabin door. Definitely would stay again, good location. "

"The caboose was right next to Cantrell rafting which was great we were able to walk over for our rafting trip. There was a really good discount coupon for the sxs rides at Midland outdoor Adventure and Audie was absolutely fabulous ! The caboose was very clean and the owner was the best!"

"The space may be little, but it has everything you need and more. If you’re someone who likes hanging out outside anyways, as I imagine most people coming to the area are, this is a perfect spot. Super clean inside the trailer and fully stocked with any creature comforts you might need, beautiful well maintained yard/outdoor space to hang out in. Neighbors are all super friendly, their dogs are off leash but are all very well behaved and stay in their own yards. I can imagine it being a cozy...

"My sisters and I visited West Virginia in June. Communication was great from the owner and he even recommended hikes and places to eat. We loved the cabin and having a washer/dryer on site was an added bonus. Kitchen was basic equipped but worked for us. Loved the room darkening shades and beds were super comfy. Would recommend and definitely plan on visiting again "
