This newly renovated lake home has it all! From the lake house you see beautiful views of Lake Poygan. Enjoy relaxing by the fire pit, or playing in the water with the kayaks, paddle boards, and kids water toys! The lake house has a dock to keep a Tritoon & up to 2 jet skis. Enjoy your meals on the grill at the outdoor dining area or inside dining area, both with views of the lake! Plenty of board games are stocked for adults & kids, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms & living area for rainy days!
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 43” Smart TV. Dresser and closet. Iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 2: Full bunk bed (comfortably sleeps 1 upper and 2 lower) and twin trundle bed (sleeps 1). 43” Smart TV. Dresser and closet. 2 pack n' plays available for use during stay. White noise machine and night light stocked in bedroom. Kids toys and games stocked.
Living Room: Pull out queen sized sofa (sleeps 2). Three seat couch, loveseat and 2 reclining chairs comfortably seats 7. Indoor gas fireplace.
All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals including pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, baking dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked.
The coffee & tea bar includes 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, K-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.
Bathroom has a bathtub and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter supply of toilet paper is provided.
In unit laundry (washer/dryer) is available. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.
Kayaks, paddleboards, kids floaties and noodles are available for guest use along with several adult and child life vests.
Neighborhood: The lake house is located on a dead end street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
Guests have access to the entire home (basement is locked with keypad lock, entry can be granted in cases of emergency), single stall garage that stores water toys and firewood, exterior space, firepit, and dock.
Firewood is stocked in the garage for you to use during your stay. Please be courteous to other guests with regard to firewood use.
We are available if guests need us, otherwise we respect guests' space to enjoy the Lake House with their family and friends! We are available via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The grill is located on the front deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
We are happy to accept up to 2 dogs at the Lake House! Our pet fee is $250 for up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
The lake house is located on a road with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
There are two parking areas for the lake house that will accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Three parking spaces are available in front of the double stall garage directly across the road from the house, and one parking space is available in front of the single stall garage that is adjacent to the lake house. There is not any garage parking available at the lake house for guest use as this is used to house water toys and firewood. No street parking is available as it is a single lane road.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- All guests who will be on the reservation must have full first and last names listed as part of the reservation.
- General Liability Waiver must be signed via docusign within 7 days of booking by all adult guests listed on the reservation. If the reservation starts within 7 days of booking, the liability waiver must be signed within 24 hours of booking by all adult guests listed on the reservation.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 8 guests allowed in the home.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door, front deck facing the lake, front yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 11am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 11am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
