"Absolutely terrific! Can’t say enough good things about our wonderful hostess. She was so friendly, helpful and hospitable. From the moment we got there till the moment we left she made sure we were comfortable. "The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The...

"This is our second visit to this retreat, our favorite place to go for rest and relaxation. The house is perfect, the animals are great, the atmosphere inside and outside are truly beautiful. This is a place to go if you want quality time together and enjoy the wildlife. It is isolated and that is what we enjoy. The hosts are so great. We plan on another visit here in the fall."

"An old house that's seen better days (some things are a bit "wonky" and electrical sockets are at a minimum), but it's very clean and serviceable. Valentina has added numerous nice touches and there is a very nice washer/dryer. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and the appliances are in great condition. The location is within easy reach of all things in Wichita Falls. Thanks, Valentina for your hospitality and responsiveness when we had questions!"
