Windsor Wine Country Vacation Home

Close to the Windsor Town Green and many Sonoma County and Healdsburg Wineries! Charming 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features 6 beds and can sleep up to 10 guests. The backyard features a hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. Located just 7 miles from downtown Healdsburg and 1.5 mile from the Windsor Town Green! Centrally located in the Sonoma Wine Country Valley!

Please inquire about our Concierge service offered to all Wine Country Estate Management guests. Have one of our private chefs come cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Book your limousine wine tasting transportation and airport transfers with our corporate partners Pure Luxury Limousine, Boutique Wine Tours and Bohemian Highway Luxury Wine Tours! In house massages are also offered at the Farmhouse, and IV Hydration on site therapy. Ask about our winery partnerships too! :)

This home is professionally managed by the Wine Country Estate Management team. We'll be available to you anytime if you need anything! Unless that happens, we will respect your privacy, and you will not see or hear from us during your stay.

Great birthday stay!!
Our stay in Windsor was great. The house was the perfect size for our group of 7. The house had everything we needed along with a hot tub to relax in. The owners of this house have thought of everything to make for an enjoyable stay in Windsor!!

Wonderful house in a superb location
Excellent house with large rooms on a delightful road. The property is also very close to all of Windsor’s amenities. Thoroughly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay in a quiet area while explore the region.

Windsor vacation
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home for our anniversary. We visited several wineries in Sonoma, had lunch on the Wine Train in Napa, and drove through Anderson Valley to Mendocino. We found Oliver's grocery store and bought some rib eye steak to bbq and enjoyed a great dinner at the house as well. The house is beautiful, comfortable and quiet! Host was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and hope to ne back one day.

Short get away
The house was well situated for 4 couples. It was close to the Russian River Brewery which was very nice to walk to the first night. Additionally, walking every morning was easy as the house is near a trail. Also, good central location for wine country. Items that were disappointing was the lack of communication by the manager. We asked 4+ times if we could either check in t 2 or drop off our luggage as we flew in at 1:30, but no response. The kitchen is lacking on plates and cups but am coffee was great! We did 2 loads of laundry, well, we would have, but there was only enough (tablets) for one wash. The no noise rule on a Friday/Saturday night of 9 PM is ridiculous! We are not a rowdy group but felt we had to leave the hot tub and go inside after 9 d/t "If a neighbor calls, you will be fined $100.00". I can't stress enough how ridiculous that is especially since there was a dog barking ALL night long right next to us. I'd recommend revising that rule. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great home for family - room to spread out
Our triplets are now adults and it was time to get them together to celebrate a milestone birthday, and include my mom as well. And since my daughter decided to cycle in the GranFondo in Windsor, this house was a great find. It was well appointed, we had space to spread out, cooked multiple meals there, it all worked out well. Would visit again.

Beautiful, Clean, Roomy House
Enjoyed our stay. Very nice and spacious as shown. Master Suite upstairs with master bathroom. Loved having one bedroom downstairs for the option for anyone who doesn't like climbing stairs. Was raining most of the time so didn't get to enjoy the backyard but did enjoy the jacuzzi. Perfect yard for your dogs as well. Best of all it was close to Russian Rivers Brewery for their yearly release of Pliny the Younger. Definitely, a home we would to stay again.

Excellent property in a good neighborhood
Property looked new, very clean, kitchen fully equipped, enough coffe, tea sugar for the family though we brought our own tea and coffee. Enough toiletries, towels in all bathrooms, good beds. I would highly recommend this property.

Great base for a fun weekend with friends.
Our group of 4 couples stayed for 3 nights and this house was perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and the house was as advertised. We cooked a couple meals there; those who did the cooking brought some of their own equipment but the kitchen was adequately stocked. Could use a few more serving bowls but otherwise we had everything we needed. Two large bedrooms with king beds and two good sized bedrooms with queens worked well for us. Hot tub was nice and hot and the dining room and living areas were nice and roomy for group lounging. Lots of room for privacy if you wanted it. It rained all weekend except for a couple hours Sunday morning but the house was a comfortable home base. We walked to the brewery for dinner one evening and the grocery store was close. Great location for fun in Santa Rosa, Windsor or Healdsburg and surrounding areas. Would stay again!

Windsor Weekend
My friends and I enjoyed a weekend getaway in Windsor. This was a large house in a subdivision located near the golf course. The bedrooms were comfortable and the house was stocked with the bare necessities. The only downside was the hot tub is older and did not really get hot. This house was clean, had a nice layout, and is in a safe neighborhood.

Perfect house for comfortable family getaway.
We stayed here for 4 nights for our family Christmas vacation. We were two seniors, three adults, and one 21-year-old. House was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We also found management to be very responsive. We did have some trouble figuring out the heating controls and they responded right away when we asked for assistance. The two main bedrooms are huge, and the other two bedrooms normal sized and very comfortable. We didn’t actually utilize the yard, but it was lovely as well. And the hot tub looked amazing even though we didn’t use it. The arrangement of the house is great. There are two separate large living spaces so plenty of room for everyone to convene in one place or spread out if they’d like. I don’t know if I will ever have a need to stay in a house in Windsor again, but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to return here.

Very dissapointed. Do NOT recommend!
The house is nicely furnished and clean but that's about it. The kitchen needs the appliances replaced/repaired, which does not bode well for making meals at home. The fridge is missing several shelves. The Oven light does not work and there isn't a good fan system since the range is away from the oven. Therefore, the smoke detectors went off several times even with opening windows due to the poor circulation. There are not a lot of serving dishes. And whoever arranged the kitchen storage did an awful job...ie) utensils and cups in a cabinet not anywhere close to the sink/dishwasher. There were only two dishtowels. How do you dry dishes, dry hands, wipe counters etc with only two for such a big house? This property is managed not managed by the owners and by a company so there is zero service other than to tell you the rules and when to check in/out , quiet time etc. We ran out of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and papertowel two days into our four day stay. When we messaged the property manager we were told that we were given a "starter set" and to use "Wamart Instacart" if we needed more. How is toilet paper not provided? I was shocked! Also the beds have a plastic cover over the matresses that are very noisy when you have to get out of bed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The landscaping is very overgrown. It is in a neighborhood with houses very close together. The neighbor right next door had three dogs that barked a lot.

Yearly Wine Country getaway
The photos of this house make it look like it is more remote than it is...it is in a neighborhood with houses very close together. There is a sound ordinance where we were told to "move indoors after 9 pm." We are all over 50 years old, property owners, and couldn't even be in the jacuzzi after 9 pm talking to each other. Reminders from host were mostly about that, and it seem obvious they've had complaints from neighbors. House has little warmth to it, no throw blankets, fireplace not working. Convenient to wineries we had appointments with, otherwise, not staying here again.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Loved the makeup towel provided too! The house was in a very cute residential neighborhood so there were strict quiet hours. We liked how quick it was to get to the downstair area of Windsor.

Wonderful stay in wine country
Picked Windsor as our base for wine tasting in Russian River Valley and Dry Creek. The house was very clean, easy check-in, had shampoo/conditioner/bath wash/q tips/face wipes, all nice extras. Plenty of laundry detergent/paper towels. The hot tub was clean and nice to use in the cool evenings. Overall, a great stay!

Grandchildren Retreat
The property was exactly as advertised… quiet, restful, comfortably elegant. There were ample privacy areas and gathering areas. The house definitely suited the needs of one grandma and four young adult grandchildren!
