NOTICE: Jacuzzi is currently out of service!
The impressive 2 story entrance greets you and your guests as you walk into the home. The large chef's kitchen opens into the family room, which makes spending quality time making lifelong memories with the family & friends a breeze. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home.

Our Wine-cation has a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs you will find the other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all featuring hotel style linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. While your upstairs, you can kick your inner competition up a notch in our game room, adorn with vintage arcade games along with a large gaming table located in the loft.

Your 'Wine-cation' will get even better when you step outside to the backyard oasis. Grab a glass of wine and enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, private canopy, umbrella, fire pit areas as well as the perfect lounging areas by the pool. There is a custom built-in BBQ grill where you can cook up something delicious for dinner.

Look no further for your vacation, than at our wine-cation.

Our home is located about 7 minutes from over 30 wineries and about 20 minutes to Pechanga Casino.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Your Booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $75 (plus tax)/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-Your Booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.

Overall we had a good time . We rented it for the pictures of the back yard. Pool was dirty and spa was broken. All the towels that were folded in the bathroom were wet.

Nice house, fun stay!
Rented this place for my sis-in-laws bachelorette weekend and it was so nice. House is even larger than expected from photos, clean, well kept. It was more than enough space for the 8 people that all stayed there. Pool was nice, sad that the spa was out of commission though. The only complaint was that there was a mosquito problem inside and outside, so we all ended up with a ton of bug bites by the end of the weekend.

I absolutely loved this property! The only bad thing I can say about the property is the hot tub was not working. It gets kind of cool at night; so the hot tub would have come in handy! We enjoyed the pool and grill area. The house was very clean and sits in a quiet neighborhood. I definitely would stay at this location again.

Lovely but could be cleaner
Overall it was a lovely place to stay but there were a few issues. It seemed like they had not finished cleaning it before we came. A bed wasn’t made and found hair in a shower. The pool didn’t have enough water. We also had issues turning fans and lights on in the bedrooms. I would recommend leaving more paper towels or cleaning stuff to clean kitchen after cooking.

I have stayed and quite a few VRBO homes and other similar properties. This home was very beautiful but not kept up. The pool was extremely low on water causing the filter to not clean the pool properly. I had to fill the pool and clean it myself. The kitchen cabinets were very worn. The bathrooms had missing towel racks or broken/bent towel racks. There was only 1 box of tissue in a house for 8+ people. Only one roll of paper towels. No kitchen towels. No hand soap in the kitchen. Left over food in the fridge. The carpet was very dirty on the stairs. The walls had scuffs, dents and marks throughout the whole house. Not what you expected when staying at an VRBO

A perfect home away for home for a wedding
My family and I loved our stay in the house while we were in town for a wedding. We had a home full of people and supplies for the wedding and never once did it feel like we were crowded or lacking space, even on wedding day when everyone was getting ready. Speaking of wedding day, the house was full and after speaking with the property manager we were still able to bring our hair stylist to the house without anyone leaving which I thought was great. The only negative things I could say were the pans provided in the house were scratched, one to the point of being unsafe to use and the pool. The pool was missing about a foot and a half of water and I paid to have it heated for the duration of our stay and it still felt very cold. Other than that the house met all of my family's needs and we were quite happy with it.

The property was very comfortable and was located for easy access to excellent restaurants, shopping and the wineries. I would recommend this to friends traveling to the Temecula area.

One more thing , all the Vrbo that I have stay in had a checkout list, I didn’t see one , so I just did what I thought should be done. Trash gather towels clean kitchen etc.

Game Room was a Hit!
Overall, it was a nice property. If there were 1/2 stars, I would give the 4 1/2 for cleanliness and accuracy of online listing. The reasons: the outdoor grill needs to be cleaned and the jacuzzi was boarded off and was not usable. However, the interior house was clean and very spacious. Everyone enjoyed the game room, especially with the rain that came through. Overall, it was good.

Temecula stay
The house was spacious and comfortable. I chose this property based on the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor space. The pool was too cold to swim, which we were warned about. Only 3 hours of jacuzzi time was included, and when we requested, the jets were turned on with no heat, so that was unuseable. The messaging, both in the email communications and in signs all over the house, was unnecessarily aggressive. Not a great vibe for vacation. I know the concern is about people throwing wild parties, but for the rest of us, it was very off-putting. More information about decibels and fines than having fun.

Beautiful House-Too Many Rule Restrictions
We were looking for a great house for Easter for our big family. The location and size of the house was perfect. However, we planned to use the pool and we paid $800 to heat the pool for 2 days and bought pool toys and everyone was excited. They only heated the pool to 80 degrees and was way too cool for anyone to step into it and cancelled the second day and lost our $400 of the first day. The spa is only heated 3 hours a day and you have to tell them the times of day you want it heated with jets on...a bit of an inconvenience. We've stayed at many vacation rentals all over the world and never had restrictions like this. You can't go out outside - You have a curfew- after 9:45 pm and the house is equipped with sound monitors inside and out to make sure you are not too loud, with the threat of a giant fine. We were nervous the whole time because we have a 5 year old, ADHD child who screams loud at times...and he did. They were very responsive in communication throughout our stay and 2 of our closet lights were out and they came out the next day to fix them. (We never found dish towels to use to dry dishes.) They required a security deposit but we bought extra insurance...that's never happened from any rental. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but won't be returning because of all the restrictions and we will read the details more clearly.

Holiday Get Away
This property is everything it advertised. Very clean and spacious. The layout is perfect for large groups with multiple seating areas for different types of family visiting. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking essentials. Everything worked perfectly. The outdoor area was just as impressive as the indoor space. Great pool and jacuzzi. The rental comes with three hours of warmed jacuzzi. Contact property manager to set up daily time to warm up and it was set like clockwork every night. This was an unexpected, last minute vacation rental for us, so we were not sure what to expect. But what we got was a great place to have a family get away. We did have an infant with us and there was a high chair and pack and play available as well. Overall we were very happy with the property, the surrounding neighborhood and the property management
