"The hotel was nice, the bar was perfect, the staff was really kind, but there were so many bed bugs in the bed we couldn't even count them, we killed some in the first night and tried to sleep, the next morning we asked the staff to Clean the Room, but our bodies were all bitten by them, I counted 52 bits on my friend and I got 78..the Third morning it got even worse.. :(... we've been traveling and still suffering from it... It was terrible to get this in a nice 4 stars hotel... Rooms Must be...

"The staff were nice and I was even able to check in early, fantastic after a long flight. The entrance is gated which is for safety and I saw lots of hotels like that, but it made me uncomfortable about the safety of the area, but then I was told that’s what Johannesburg is like. "

"Cozy and comfortable place. Easily accessible. Three issues to improve on: 1. Despite the fact that I had booked 3 weeks earlier, the housekeeper did not have my confirmation. Although it was eventually sorted, it leaves one to wonder. 2. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the main house and not in the rooms 3. Dstv was not accessible. I had to watch crucial World cup games on my phone."

"Well the room was very neat just that they didn't clean it on the following day. Breakfast wasn't so mouthwatering. There was not microwave in the room so in order for us to eat warm food it costed us to go to the main house and ask them to warm it for us."

"Horrible service. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by.
