The hallway carpet was ripped and held together with duct tape in hall never on our door. An immediate poor first impression. The room was clean enough. Several basic amenities were missing. Cups, ice bucket, iron and iron board We did go to the front desk and they provided these items. Very inconvenient. The beds were like sleeping on a pullout...
