"I didn’t get the check in info via Hotels.com and their address was wrong. But a simple phone call and an exceptionally helpful and friendly chap sorted everything within two minutes. The cottage was wonderful. So warm and inviting. Comfy and beyond clean. I’m definitely coming here again. "

"Centro flat 11. The apartment was clean and lots of room. However there were a few issues. the grill was the wrong size for the oven and did not fit. There was no oven trays, the fan in the main bathroom was on permanently. These were only minor issues but couldd do with sorting out. In general a good location and nice property. I used this area alot for business and would use this again"

"House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. "The apartment is functional, great shower, clean (other than cobwebs on the windows), fridge, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc. However, it was incredibly hot and the windows are wired so that they can only open about 4 cm. There was a fan in the bedroom but it was extremely noisy. I am guessing they’ve had trouble with people leaving the windows open in the past and so have secured them in this way, but then they need to get AC as this was extremely uncomfortable.
