LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 65ā€ smart tv with Hulu, Disney Plus & Netflix included. The living room is open to the kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience with laundry detergent provided. Washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The spacious primary bedroom has a premium memory foam king mattress, blackout curtains and a 32" smart tv. There is an attached en suite bathroom.

GUEST BEDROOM
This guest bedroom has a premium queen memory foam mattress, blackout curtains & desk space.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms; one off of the primary bedroom and one next to the guest bedroom. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guests to use. Off street parking is not permitted.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have two actively recording cameras that record video and audio located on the EXTERIOR of the property.

We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).

Cute Condo with Great Location

Stayed for a week to work remote and look at the area to move there. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable and linens were good. Location was great for us to see family and spend time at restaurants and downtown was about 15 minutes. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Getaway in a Quiet, Friendly Neighborhood!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood was fantastic ā€“ quiet, safe, and with plenty of places to take our dog for walks, which was such a bonus. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our furry friend to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The house itself was incredibly so cozy. We loved the stylish decor and all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay! The home decor was beautiful. Every detail was thought out. Exceptionally clean! The kitchen was fully stocked and everything we could have possibly needed was provided, which made our stay even better. The towels were plush! Nice fenced in yard. The hosts were great! This was a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath location from UNCW in Wilmington. Nice little fenced in backyard for our small dogs. We didnā€™t get to use the community pool, but we had a great stay.

Perfect, Cozy Place to Stay

The place was perfect! Itā€™s a cute, cozy townhome located centrally to everything in Wilmington. The home was very clean and the hosts allowed our fur baby. We were in town for our sonā€™s graduation and it took less than 15 mins to get to UNCW. 10/10 recommend. If we are back in the area, we will definitely book this property again.

Minimalist in its furnishing, the place is extremely clean, in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. We especially appreciated the darkness of the main bedroom, which is rare in many short-term rental units. It worked like a charm for us. Thank you!

The Perfect Place

The accommodations could not have been more perfect for my situation! I needed a quiet one floor entry level place to help my daughter who was recovering from knee surgery. The bright and airy place was colorful and cheerful and the location was near just about everything. This neighborhood is perfect for morning walks and a great getaway. Breezy Oasis

Quiet Boho Townhome was airy, comfortable, and well equipped. The information shared by the owner was thorough and the home was immaculate. I especially appreciated the minimalist and airy living room. It was a nice place to relax after a long day. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice place for folks who like to go for walks.
