This 1BR 1BA Water Street Center condo is situated in downtownā€™s desirable Historic District. Youā€™ll love being within blocks of shopping, dining, and lively nightlife. Indulge in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from your balcony! Perfect for 2 but sleeps 4 with couch pull out.
Located above Wilmingtonā€™s Riverwalk, this 1BR Water Street Center condo commands an incredible downtown location. Youā€™re at the heart of the Historic District -- just blocks from shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. 1 mile walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park.
This top-floor (9th floor), end-unit retreat has a private balcony overlooking Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. Youā€™re also just a 20-minute drive from Wrightsville Beach.
Make yourself at home in the living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Living room and bedroom have flat-screen TV's with Roku.
Full kitchen - oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, (no dishwasher). Breakfast bar for two.
This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a 45ā€ flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina.
No parking on property - Free parking pass for one car is available after you check-in at city the parking deck 2 blocks away. $100 fee if pass is not in unit after departure.

We will have 2 wash, 2 hand, 3 bath towels and a floor mat for you in the bathroom with enough toiletries to get you started. If you are staying longer or more than 2 people we suggest bring anything extra you need with you. 4 Guests MAX!

No parties! ~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am.

Great Downtown Condo!

This extremely clean condo is in a great location and has a beautiful view of the river! Parking is in the public garage right around the corner. Thank you for providing such a wonderful condo! I will be staying again!

Canā€™t say enough! From the view to the location awesome! Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. We came in for a one night stay for a concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion also walking distance. The ownerā€™s instructions were easy to follow. I noticed a lot of folks complaining about having to park in the parking garage. So we did not find it to be a big deal! You are able to park and drop off your stuff then park. We never needed our vehicle again until we left and itā€™s right across from the condo. Would highly recommended planning on staying here again. Adding view from the balcony.

A wonderful one-night getaway.

My son attends UNCW and we were looking for an off-campus apartment for him. So we made it a one day mini vacation. The condo has got a great location, so once you get your car parked put on your walking shoes and explore. The condo was very clean and had everything. The balcony put it over the top.

Perfect Location

I always wish platforms used scales of 10. This is a solid 9/10, no frills condo. It was exactly what we were expecting and was a good value. We appreciated the adequate kitchen and the washer/dryer. Sleeping spaces were comfortable. The condo was very clean. The main perks are the included parking, the walkability to countless shops and restaurants, and the unique view (love watching the boats pass). It's also nice that the condo is a top floor end unit so we didnt experience any noise issues. I appreciated the ease of communication with the property manager. Check-out duties are minimal, taking out trash and cleaning the dishes were the only tasks beyond the normal.

Fantastic View!

Could not ask for a place with a better view. While it did rain the entire time we were there, the property is centrally located and easy to get to everything in town! Only down side is that the parking is roughly a block away, but overall a fantastic stay!

Perfect Location & Great Views!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The waterfront views were stunning, especially the view of the battleship right from the property. The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We stayed in downtown Wilmington, and everythingā€”from restaurants to shopsā€”was within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised. Host delivered what was promised. Parking pass allows for parkā€”stayā€”walk experience. Need to feel comfortable with parking procedures, but otherwise temporary park at building/unload vehicle/enter an access code/then another code to enter unit/get pass/drive to parking garage on Market Street/park and walk. Ninth floor on the river. Perfect location.

Wilmingtons Best View

The Property in in an excellent location for downtown Wilmington NC . The pictures do not do justice to the View of the Battleship Monument . The Balcony is directly in front of the North facing cannons . There are vibrant family oriented active downtown shopping food and historical activities . Perfect stay for a couple. The owners are very responsive and curteous . Overall a perfect metro urban get away .

Location & View!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo and couldn't have asked for a better location! We were in town for the Azalea Festival and only a block away from the festivities. The view is amazing with restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walk. Lots of options for dining and entertainment all along the Riverwalk and up and down Water Street. Highly recommend!

Historic Wilmington

Hubby and I back for the 2nd time to this building. The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. Coffee shops, bourbon and beer bars and delicious food options Rental was clean and comfy for sleeping. Plenty of utensils for cooking if you wanted. Owner was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Would go back for sure.

Great location!

Super clean, had everything we needed. Loved the view from the balcony! Parking is not on property but in a nearby garage. But you donā€™t have to pay for parking. Would definitely stay here again!
