"This is the third time we have stayed at one of Michelle's properties. They are always clean and simple stroll to the beach. Michelle is the kindest rental owner we have ever met! I must mention that the yards on her rentals are amazing for the pups!"

Property is within walking distance to pickle ball courts and disk golf courses which our family really enjoyed. Very short walk to the beach and the ocean is visible from the house, which is a nice feature. The neighborhood is very low-key. We very much enjoyed our stay and we are planning to rent this house again next year! "

"What a great place to spend a few days. All of the photos are accurate, the location is great and we so enjoyed our stay. The property is easy to find and in a great location - it was a short walk to the beach, or a community fishing pier and a short drive to the bay side area on the point. "Surf Gypsy has everything you think you need and more. The place is cozy and the beds are comfortable. We brought our own toilet paper and paper towels, but left them in car because the house was stocked. The kitchen is beautiful and the fridge is huge. The pool was a major part of our week long vacation. We were out there everyday. And watched football games and the presidential debate on the back porch. "The location of this house can’t be beat. A short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the Atlantic! Our family of 13 fit great — there are plenty of beds throughout the house. We had a couple of minor issues — two fans not working, a sliding door with a loose handle — and Bryant was responsive, although the timing of the fix did not align with our stay.
