"I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. "The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"

"Really clean and in perfect working order. A bit tricky to get into for the first time (call buttons, key pads, etc) but easy after that. The main door is not on a main street so i had to wlak around a buut to find it initially. easily walkable to the Met which was our main reason for staying. "

"This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at. The host was great she even helped me book on here when another app cancelled me. The place was beautifulllll down to the decor. She had everything needed to cook your own food, there was tissue in the bathrooms ( most places make you but your own). In the pictures there are no tvs but 2 out of the 3 rooms have tvs which was great! Over all it was a great stay I will be booking again. I loved being able to support her black business "

"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Very clean & convenient. We were doing college tours in the area, like Villanova, which was only 5 minutes away, and at the end of the week I completed the Women’s Philadelphia triathlon, which was only 18 minutes away. Dave was extremely responsive when I had special requests and it is a very safe area. The front bedroom is close to the street so on the weekdays there is some traffic noise but there is a white noise machine to help with that. "
