"The hotel room was nice. The food was good and healthy options. The only issues were the mosquitoes, swarming birds in the outside dining area. There is only outside dining, so you are fighting the bugs and birds. There is nothing close to resort, so you have to take a taxi ($80 US) or rent a car. However, they drive on the left side. "

"Stayed for a week in March… Couldn’t ask for more. Spotless accommodations, very spacious with lots of modern amenities and private parking. Spent relaxing mornings on the porch enjoying the gorgeous gardens. And of course, the pool! About 5 mins from the beach and tourist attractions. Everything you need to stay in and relax or go in and out safely. I really enjoyed my stay. Can’t recommend enough. Host was pleasant and helpful."

"Nicely remote, very open house, beautiful pool, comfortable beds. No ice maker in the fridge but our escort to the house told us that so we bought ice. The house does not have air condoning which we knew when we made the reservation but we didn't know we would have extreme heat during our visit which made us very hot and unable to escape the heat.
