Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 8!

Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer very comfortable on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our unit is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. Please check our reviews to get an idea of where you will be staying should you choose our property!
Our kitchen is very well outfitted, so if you have a large group you can plan on cooking in a few nights and saving some money on food... and if there's something you need that we've not provided, give us a call and we'll do our best to bring it to you, fair enough?.... thank you so much for your interest, we do hope to hear from you!

PLEASE READ!!!

Everything at Kingsmill Resort is owned by the Resort, except for the condominiums. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.

But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot! Please check our reviews! We thank you for your consideration... We do hope to see you soon!!


* There are neighborhood Tennis Courts that are free, as are children's playgrounds and walking paths throughout the Kingsmill Community

* We have recently joined a community swimming pool nearby which you will have access to. It's very nice, and has a 3 ft and a 10 ft diving board! Please call for details..

After the holidays get away
Wonderful get away with our 2 kids and their partners. It was perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy the magic of Williamsburg! We all had plenty of privacy and space and the apartment was super well stocked with everything that we could want or need. Location was easy to get around and the place was super clean. Will certainly want to come back in the future.

Cozy and comfortable winter getaway near Colonial Williamsburg
Two friends and I spent two nights in Williamsburg to shop for the holidays and attend the grand illumination in Colonial Williamsburg, including the fireworks after sunset. Kingsmill is just a short drive from the Market Square where we shopped and ate dinner, and we enjoyed two nights at the condominium with fires in the fireplace, breakfasts cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, games at night, and brisk walks to the marina as the sun rose. And we slept so soundly there! The beds and bedding were super comfy and the entire place is immaculate. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. This place is a gem.

Lovely Place to Stay!
Our Memorial Day Weekend getaway with family and close friends was a delightful experience, highlighted by the exceptional quality of the property we reserved through Vrbo. The listing accurately represented the accommodations: spacious and very clean living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Additionally, the kitchen comfortably accommodated 2-3 people at a time. One of our favorite features was the convenient access to nearby parks and shopping centers. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we are certain we will choose this location again in the future. Furthermore, it is worth noting that our hosts were exceedingly kind and hospitable throughout our visit.

Lovely stay in VA
Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay.

Perfect place for a family vacation!
We had three generations meeting in Williamsburg for an early Christmas celebration. Private bathrooms for each bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, TVs in each room, outdoor space, and a large dining room table helped to create a relaxing getaway for our family.

Lovely Stay
We stayed here while attending a family wedding. As a family with 3 young children, we needed a little extra space. This unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Well stocked as well. Check in and check out was seamless and if you're a tennis lover, you couldn't be closer to the courts. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice location in Kingsmill
This is a condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so all adults had their own space and in a great location. We were able to walk to the coffee shop on the street behind us. We were challenged getting into the unit as the access code didn't work and had to call multiple times to get someone to help us. It was resolved and we were able to gain access. The Keurig machine is not working. There were some small sugar ants in one of the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating for us all to socialize and have dinner.

Great house, great location, great communication
Loved our stay here. House was clean and well stocked, check-in and -out were super easy, and the communication from the host was excellent. It's a quick and easy drive into town, to get groceries, or find a playground for the kids, and it was walking distance to the resort's coffee shop and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Family visit to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown
Fabulous 3 bdrm, 3 bath condo that was spacious and very well appointed. Can’t say enough about how nice this property was and very spacious for 6 people. Beds sheets/ mattresses all comfy with large multiple fluffy pillows. Well lite bathrooms with large showers and quality towels. Large dining room table for 6 for meals and card games. First floor nice for the grandparents and bringing in luggage and food supplies. Easy drive to Harris Teeter grocery, local restaurants, Bush Gardens and all the 5 star museums that encompass the triangle of history. Kitchen well appointed and washer/dryer used for our week stay. You will not go wrong renting this lovely property! We highly recommend!
