No smoking allowed. Iets allowed in the house or in the garage for additional fee of $250 per week.

Weekly cleanings sundays 10am-4pm house must be vacated and if excessive cleaning is necessary renter will be charged $350 cleaning fee. Trash is to be bagged and placed in the bin outside.
