"Loved it! Great vibe and great host!!! Kimmi, the host was lovely, always available and ready to make the most out of every guest experience. The tents were very confortable. The restrooms are way too few for all the guests. The place would totally benefit from more restrooms. Great dinner and sunset space, with bonfires and a griller. Can’t wait to go there again. "

"My fiancé and I booked this stay for our Grand Canyon trip and it was absolutely perfect! It's only 25-30 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance! There is not much around the area which was amazing! We were looking for a little more authentic Northern Arizona stay outside of a city feel and this was perfect! The scenery is beyond beautiful and the stars at night were mesmerizing! The house was the perfect size for us as we spent most of our days exploring Arizona. It was so comfy!...

"Glad it was still light when I got there, or I might have missed the turn off the main road to the canyon. It it a dirt road. The email explained how to find the trailer park, so that was easy. The park itself was quiet and clean, even for a dirt road. The room had the basics, no frills. But what I really loved was how the proximity to the Grand Canyon got us there long before the crowds. That was fantastic! Next time have company wanting to see the canyon, I’ll probably stay at this place...

Unfortunately, we didn't get our check in instructions until almost an hour after the designated check in time and having to call Vrbo support for help. When we finally did get instructions, I messaged a couple times throughout our stay with basic questions and responses took several hours each. "A long dirt/gravel road leads to this secluded gem, which is unimpressive from the outside but fantastic inside. Four siblings, three spouses and one cousin (all 60 plus years old) thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean home. "Ótimo hotel, com estrutura adequada e muito próximo ao Parque do Grand Canyon. Peca pela manutenção da academia, me chama a atenção pois cobram taxa de Resort e não há qualquer manutenção nos aparelhos (vários “out of ordem”). Além disso, os restaurantes (nenhuma refeição é inclusa, tudo pago à parte) têm atendimento MUITO ruim, lento e com inúmeros pontos de melhoria. Exceto isso, foi uma ótima experiência. "
