Each guest is provided access to garage parking for 2 vehicles, as well as access to the communal pool and courtyard grounds. After entering your provided code for the main entry gate, you will find your reserved garage parking shortly after driving onto the property. Entering the unit through garage access, or through the main doorway by way of the courtyard, will position guests on the first-floor landing of the unit. The first-floor bedroom with 1 Queen-sized bed has a courtyard view and is located directly across the hallway from a full bathroom with a stall shower. Proceeding up the staircase to the second floor brings guests into the Kitchen area. The Kitchen is equipped with dishware, flatware, stemware, utensils, pots, pans, as well as important appliances and fixtures like a microwave, coffee maker, blender, full size refrigerator, and natural gas oven and stove. Conveniently located behind the kitchen, in the northeastern corner of the second floor, is a spacious half bathroom. Exiting the Kitchen area towards the Dining area, guests will notice seating for 10. The Dining area table accommodates 6 guests, with additional seating for 4 guests available at the nearby Kitchen counter. The Living area has a mounted 42’ flat screen television with Comcast Cable TV, directly across from the plush couch with seating for 6. As you head towards the furnished Second Floor Sundeck just past the Living area, the staircase to the third floor will appear on the left-hand side. Before heading upstairs, be sure to take in a view of the beautifully manicured courtyard and pool area! Returning inside and heading upstairs to the third-floor places guests between two guest rooms, another full bathroom with a tub shower, and the master suite. The guest room to the right will have 1 Queen-sized bed, and the guest room to the left will have 2 Twin sized beds. A bonus, the guest room with 2 Twins has a northern facing balcony with standing room and residential views. Heading back into the hallway towards the Master bedroom, guests will pass a full bathroom with a tub shower on the right-hand side. Entering the third floor Master suite, guests will see a wall mounted 32’ flat screen Television adjacent to the 1 King sized bed. Walking past the King bed and television towards the furnished Third Floor Sundeck, guests will see the attached Master suite bathroom with tub shower to their left-hand side. The Third Floor Sundeck provides for a relaxing space to unwind and truly begin enjoying your vacation rental!

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
